Poor customer service response. Monthly fly box subscriptions delayed or have not arrived. Very small amount of actual useful products in very small package. I would definitely not recommend this company.

I purchased a fly tying kit for my husband for Christmas. My knowledge base is very minimal. I bought the wrong kit ( salt water instead of the trout kit.) Fred from Post Fly was amazing. Got back to me quickly, sent me the trout kit, and let us keep the salt water kit. ( I had opened it all up to look at it). This was completely my error, but the customer service was top notch and better than anything I have ever experienced.
The kit’s were fantastic, and my husband has been impressed with the quality .
Highly highly recommend getting all of your Fly Fishing needs from Post Fly. I know we will!

Avoid this company. I ordered their Fishmas Calendar and never received it. They don't respond to emails and the phone number on their site leads to nowhere.

Ordered as a gift. Paid and received nothing. Crooks. No answer on email or phone.

i like the products and the monthly surprise fly tying kit. that said their customer service is beyond terrible. they have no interest in providing customer service. it is all email or chat but you can actually never get anyone on chat. a recent order had hooks with beads that slipped off the hook. i reached out several ways and noone has responded. you cannot talk to a live person so i am forced to wait. they do not seem to care.

Ordered a six month gift subscription for my son and they only sent four. No response from their customer service and I can’t file a credit card dispute because the charge was made in December.

My son loved his advent calendar with flies. He is hard to buy for, so it was a great hit! Thank you👍

I placed an order of 2 items, I only received 1. I contacted Postfly and they reshipped. That shipment was sent to the wrong state. I contacted them again. I received an apology and they resent the item, BUT also included SEVERAL (free to me) items for their error!

Subscription boxes come with useless stuff. Not worth the money
