The entire process was quick and simple…

The entire process was quick and simple and customer service was outstanding. I was having trouble signing a document and the representative patiently walked me through each step. She was understanding and very polite.

Economic relief

I canceled my application with the…

I canceled my application with the promise that it was canceled. Only to get an email 2 hours later saying it was approved and you guys still put the loan through and I called four different times and still had to have it go to my bank account. And now I have to wait for you guys to pull it out of my account. This is very bad business on Y'alls end and on top of that pushing, a loan onto someone who doesn't want it. And I canceled before and all honesty, I will never use your service again and I hope that you guys don't do this to anyone else.
