Bad service
They returned the item stating that the address is incorrect!! The used address via nike was not changed since forever and it is the same used for the last 5 years when ordering from Nike. In any case, you had my contact number and you could have contacted me asking for the exact location sincr you were confused!!

Worse company for delivery
if I ever had to choose I would never choose PostNL as courrier. Every package companies decide to send through them they never deliver properly. They leave packages outside building completely unsafe and anyone just grab the package if they want. They never ring appartment bell and directly send packages to "pick up point" even when we are home...this company and its drivers are just a joke. Always choose UPS, BPost or DHL.
