I have been using Postshipper since 2018 till now.Is the best from the all other shipping companies and I have tried them all 😄Fast and reliable and always I receive my goods in an excellent condition!Very responsive and especially Adam from UK

Overpriced and really bad service (used to be much better)

They will cause you issues with customs due to their misleading item names, and will try to overcharge you in any way they can... just a mess. Now looking for a new provider.

I had high hopes for Post Shipper based on the hype — but it turned out to be one of the worst shipping experiences of my life.

📦 My package was marked as received — then lost in their warehouse!
And all they could offer was a tracking number that led nowhere.

⏳ An “express” shipment meant to arrive in 6 days? It took ONE FULL MONTH.
My second shipment? Lost since September — no updates, no explanation, no trace.

📉 Service is slow, unorganized, and completely unreliable.
Their tracking updates are inconsistent, and customer support treats you like you’re bothering them — not like a paying customer.

💬 Communication is cold and unhelpful.
No one gives you a clear answer. They either ignore your questions or shift the blame.

🚫 They dump everything on DHL.
When something goes wrong, they claim “It’s DHL’s fault” — but I paid Post Shipper, not DHL. It's their responsibility. Period.

📦 Even packaging takes 4–10 days or more!
The whole process depends on employee mood. Zero consistency or professionalism.

💸 After a month of stress and delays, I was offered just $25 in compensation.
Insulting.

⚠️ Bottom line:
If you want to waste your time, money, and mental health — go with Post Shipper.
Otherwise, stay far away. Too many better, more professional companies out there.

this is my second shipment very good and fast service. and for me i found using the postshipper website is better than the mobile app. the postshipper app needs improvments

Well it’s my 3rd shipment from them,
I agree that they are pricy, but you should know that they are using DHL services and they merge your shipments so fast, also they have good customer care representative and I want to thank personally Mr. Adam for his kindness and special care to my shipments

Well the good thing is

speedy af , They are so good at receiving the items and registering them in your account in the same time even they receive it before you get delivered notification so in that aspect I gave them 5/5 great job ,
Also when you put an order for them to consolidate your items they do it like 20 minutes they are so fast like crazy crazy fast they are the best in that aspect there is no comparison to be honest

The problem is they will rip you off and you can't do anything about it , for example you put your items weight and dimensions in their calculator let's say six pounds it shows for example 95$ which is fine i guess
, you see in the calculator the weight and the amount and the charged weight which should be the final price which you will pay

But no they will double that amount because of volumetric weight which should be the Charged weight from the calculator but nope gotcha , yes and now you have to pay more and if you don't pay more well you will not get your items so you are forced to pay and you have no other option and the

The other problem is their support is very slow to respond they have no live chat like while they respond after few hours tbh I told them about this like said they said , there's no problem with the calculator and you should pay this amount which was 165$ not 95 in the calculator LOL so the calculator is useless because they dont abide by it , because of volumetric weight which is written as Charged weight LOL

The summary is if you don't care about paying 40% more than you should pay from calculator for shipping your items go ahead they are the best and they're so fast to be honest they will send your items to DHL in like one day and in terms of speed and handling things they are the fastest

But for me i got ripped off by 70$ for 6LB which was 95 and the charged weight was 95 in the calculator, why did i pay 165$? Because of volumetric weight they didnt have a calculator for that i guess so they can rip you off lol

This is the last time i ship my items with you which is a shame because you guys are the fastest and almost the best

I bought a smartphone from Amazon it delivered normally to the us Wearhouse, it took 1 day to be added to the platform and 1 day to be prepared for shipping, and about 5 days to receive it in France it was a good experience i like the fact that they are affordable so students like me can use the service they provide photos or the parcel when it arrives and they're responsive to emails.

I recently had the pleasure of using Postshipper for shopping my items, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their exceptional service.

I’ve been using postshipper for the past 2 years with no disappointment. Way cheaper than other companies and equally as fast. U can also store ur items for up to 60 days so u can wait for ur other packages to arrive and ship them all together. Truly a life saver.

I’ve used them a few times (as in a few consolidated shipments). In the beginning everything went well. Didn’t really care about timing so much, they weren’t bad so long as I felt they were reliable. Then, I started getting random packages from other customers - I had to reach out to their WhatsApp number to let them know about the mixups and it would take a while for the packages to disappear from my account. At the same time, they started losing packages that were meant for me. Even after confirming through tracking that the packages in question were delivered, they would deny and say it was never delivered and to check with the delivery provider. I lost 2-3 deliveries then decided they were too risky to use. Their customer service is horrendous and they just come back to you with stock responses - infuriating. If you are ordered bulk deliveries and don’t care if some of them are lost - sure go for it. Dont expect anything to be resolved if there are any issues. I’d avoid.

Postshipper is an amazing and cheap service to ship to Iraq, my experience was such a great example to keep doing business with this company.

I will ship more and more with them. Basically, they opened an easy way to ship to other countries with low fees and great shipping.

Postshipper is perhaps the cheapest freight forwarding company in the US and UK. However, they are also the slowest in terms of consolidating shipments and shipping them.

I have a shipment that has been ready for shipping for over 2 weeks yet they have refused to ship it. Customer service is poor, there is no way to reach them directly on phone and they never reply emails.

Up until now my shipment has not been shipped. Customer service keeps sending the same messages everyday.

I rated them 2 star earlier but now I don't think they deserve it.
the support replay with one message every 3-2 day with vage answer and their system inflexible

Very Very Very bad service. i'm in contact with them for more than a week to ship my package, they ignored me on emails, and WhatsApp, I gave them all information and i asked them to calculate the shipping fee so i can pay, always the same answer "your request has already been sent to our concerned team and we are still awaiting other feedback from them to let you know." very bad service

One of the best shipping company's you can find,
They give you a lot of free services such as free pictures and 60 days storage + buy4me service, which can be helpful if the website you buying from doesn't accept anything outside USA visa.

I have seen a significant positive change in the service recently, I found it is under new experienced management. They are back to the great service as it was before the pandemic.

I am very satisfied with their service.

I have used this website 3 times,
all of them Economy Shipping. to Kuwait
the first package was calculated as 4lb Volumetric weight for an order total of $37.87. if your package is 3 lb it will be calculated as 3lb but if it is 3.1 it will be calculated as 4lb. it took 9 days to arrive at my house. the website will ask you the value of your goods for the customs fees.
the last package was computer components
GPU motherboard CPU ram SSD, calculated as 12lb Volumetric weight for ORDER TOTAL
$81.97. the value of goods was 900 $
so you can not fake the value of goods you must write the real value and pay customs fees or they will not charge your goods.
when your goods arrive at the company warehouse it will take 1 / 2 business days to appear on the website, it takes 1 business day until they charge it. i can not find cheaper .
there is one disadvantage they are really slow in replying to messages, WhatsApp does not work and the email takes a day or two to respond
