Missing critical small plastic piece
One of the retractable banners came missing the small plastic end on the pole - without which, the entire banner doesn't work! We searched the box, the bag, etc. Please send a replacement part!
Banners broken by cheap plastic
I've ordered 2 banner stands for $375 and $353 respectively, each because they had custom, swap out cartridges. The case is good, the picture nice quality. I WOULD be happy except...
The banner top rests on a little cheap piece of plastic (instead of the pole going into the metal top as others) - and that plastic got broken in transit AND POSTUPSTAND HAS NO SOLUTION other than to order another banner for $hundreds! Their answer was "you bought it Nov. 2023, order another one." Really? Why don't they design it like others, with the pole going into a hole in the metal top?

It was good to be able to order another printed fabric cover for the fold-able pop-up stand. Unfortunately the fabric is almost 2 inches wider and overlaps so much that it is difficult to align the Velcro strips on buth side and get sufficient tension.
Beautiful product
My organization has used post up stand several times for standup banners. They are well-made and beautiful.

Even better than expected. The custom shelf arrived quickly, artwork was easy to upload, and assembly was for the most part, fairly simple!

Refused to print a poster based on content
Refused to print a poster they deemed "inappropriate" related to sexual health products. Left us in the lurch as I did not know they had not printed it until only a few days before an event. The pop up sign is not inappropriate unless viewed by a member of the Taliban.
This was my 4th time printing large posters with them and now my last.
If you are a rational thinker, take your printing business elsewhere!
Screwed me over by quoting something they don't make.
I will never be using Post Up again and I will be sure to tell everyone I work with to do the same. I reached out to Post Up Stand for 2 custom signs. I was provided with a quote by 2 different people for these signs. I called and placed my order and was told I had to pay a rush fee because they never communicated a ship date to me and said they were running behind. Why do I have to pay a rush because you are behind? I agreed to pay it because I really needed the signs done and couldn't find someone else to do them at that short notice. I got a call on the day there were supposed to ship and I was told that they don't make signs in the size I requested and that the 3 people I had now spoken with were incorrect in quoting me that size. I was also told I would lose my reseller discount on the stands because "they can't sell them without a poster" but I WAS TRYING TO ORDER THE POSTER. Basically, I got penalized for Post Up's lack of awareness and failure to catch a mistake. The customer service person that I spoke with argued with me when I told him I was in the middle of the airport and couldn't resolve it in the moment. Horrible experience, no wonder this company is sinking fast and had to be sold off to Displays 2 Go. Management tried to blame staff, staff blamed their management and no one ever took accountability and I got screwed in the end because of it.

The customer service was great. Closure not Secure
The customer service was great. We were a little disappointed in the closure on the product. We are using it to ship table set up and the plastic clip will not hold up for shipping. We had to go out and buy hardware clips to ensure that the lid doesn't come off in shipping. For what we paid, it should have a more shipping-secure closure.

Never use Post Up Stand
I've been using Post Up Stand for many years with different companies. We recently purchased their Budget Retractable Banner Stand with a 90 day warrantee. The banner came off of the stand within the warrantee but I made the mistake and didn't tell them until 99 days. They wouldn't replace the banner without me sending back the actual stand. Long story short, the stand got lost in transit (even though it cost me $40 to mail back) and instead of replacing the entire thing, they wanted to send me back just the reprinted banner (no stand). What's the point of that? I already have the banner that came off of the stand! Customer service was very bad and I would never use them again.
A nice product
A nice product. Arrived quickly. Looking forward to putting it to use.
Not very good quality
The bottom of the panels look about an inch short and they curl up. After it was assembled you could see see all the fingerprints. Wondering how it can be cleaned without damaging? Also, its not that easy to move once its up. I thought for the price, which seemed very expensive, the quality would have been better.

Simply Terrible Service
I placed an order on October 27th. The site said delivery would be "Est Oct 29-30". It is now 11/16 and still nothing. I have called twice and each time reached a representative that told me that the items were being made and they were held up in "Graphics" and there was a "system error". On 11/9, the rep called me back and assured me that they were shipping that week and we would have them by the end of the week. Still nothing.
