While the company has a subscription section of their app, it does not show you what you actually have for a subscription which can lead people to believe they are not on a subscription, then when they bill you, 30 days after the original purchase, they refuse any kind of refund even if you contact them the same day as the charges then run you through the gauntlet of our refund policy is no refunds, but they'll give you 50% off when you do figure out how to unsubscribe. Con artist.

These people are complete liars and scam artists . This thing looks and feels like a kid designed it and sewed it together . So thin and won’t fit I guarantee you. Also ? For your refund ? Forget it !! You will never see your money again . They make every excuse in the book why no refunds . One lady from there wrote me

Gift for Christmas . That was crazy but at least she told me in her words I was not mdgetting my money back . I literally looked at it. Felt the material and said this is a complete scam . Returned it that day and emailed them so many times and tried calling with just response of they cannot give me a refund . Their web site says guarantee refunds and that is a lie . The sizes are very off too . They just lie about everything that says anything on their website . Just all liars !!! Do not give your money away for free to these people you will lose your money and spend wasted time trying to get your money back.

I heard from Posturebenefit today. Here's what the email said:
"As per our return policy, we are only able to process returns for unused and unopened items. However, we would like to offer a resolution in this case. Since the package has been opened and the product has been used, we can provide a 50% refund without requiring you to return the product. This will also spare you the hassle of returning it and avoid the restocking fee of $8.95".

Here, once again, is the return policy that is prominently featured on their website: "If you're not 100% satisfied with your new POSTURE BENEFIT, then get a full refund, no questions asked."

Clearly, they haven't read their own website. Without opening the package, there is no way to determine if the product is satisfactory. All I did was open the package and try the item on over my clothes for about 30 seconds while I looked for a way to fasten it. That is not USING the product. But that is irrelevant.

The company needs to stand by the return policy they feature on the front page of the website. I doubt most people read the fine print, which completely contradicts that policy. Having one policy in a prominent place and another very different one hidden in the website is completely unethical.

This was an impluse purchase, I admit. I tried to cancel it but then felt sorry for PostureBenefit.com thinking this was a small business so I had them send it. Bad mistake. I am not huge, but I was too large for the product. I followed the directions but couldn't even reach the straps to adjust it. I purchased it because as I get older I am bending forward and I don't like it. When I wanted to return it, they wanted more money. I figured it was cheaper to keep it. Don't purchase this PostureBenefit.com item because unless you are a petite size, it won't fit. Also, if you have to have it, the same exact thing is sold on Amazon and you can get it next day instead of next week, it is cheaper and you can return it without a hassle. I'm going to try to strengthen my core which is what I should have done in the first place.
