I asked for a refund and I received an email with their ok, and a the day after, the get the money from my account. After sending an email, I'm sure the will refund the money.

I don't know how I ended up in this company but when I enquired their response was quick and great

Issue is being handled well by Eugene". Communicate well and shows empathy and understanding. I am still waiting to be refunded though and hope that will be done as soon as possible. I will then come back here to update this review.

As a south African i would not use potplantme ,due to euros.
But the assistance was very helpful, they immediately reply,and is will to assist,that is why I rate 5 star for service and know through that they will keep customers

They were very helpful in cancelling my subscription and setting my refund in motion.

I needed a refund - they issued it without any problems.

Edit: I haven't received it after 15 days and when I ask the info from them that my bank requires, they say we can't share that with you
