Great Customer Service
I have recently ordered from Potraviny Online. One of my items was missing and another one had the wrong flavour.
However, the manager has taken the time to call me in order to apologise for the error that has occurred due to the increased workload during the bank holiday.
They have resolved the issue to my satisfaction and were very courteous throughout the call.
Based on that interaction, it is obvious they value their customers and make sure that they achieve the highest possible satisfaction.
Highly recommended!
