We used Potters for a complete shower room refit . They were very professional and value for money. All the staff were careful and skilled. Darren, who did most of our bathroom refit , was excellent. He has a great eye for detail and finished everything to a really high standard; consulting with us throughout. None of our requests for additional works were a problem and were carried out seamlessly. The house was left clean and tidy and all rubbish was regularly removed from site. I’d happily use Potters again.

We have had a lot of work completed by Potters over the last 2 years. The first job involved complete remodelling of our kitchen, and living area, including utility and shower rooms. The team worked really hard to complete the kitchen and living area in time for Christmas. All team members were polite and went above and beyond to do a good job and work was completed to a high standard.
We foolishly chose another builder to add a front porch and extend and refit our main bathroom. This second builder completly messed up and left us with no bathroom and a not fit for purpose porch. We swallowed our pride and contacted Melvyn at Potters. Potters were willing to put the many errors made by the other builder right, and complete the project, which they did, again to a very high standard. We are delighted with the end results, especially considering the many challenges involved.

I initially met Melvyn and Potters interiors when I was planning to undertake a complete remodel of two bathrooms. He and his colleagues were all excellent providing many options and good advice during the design and planning stage. When it came to the work itself, the remodels were completed on time and the quality was outstanding.

Melvyn then took on a larger construction project for me, extending the house, adding a bedroom, a bathroom and completing a major kitchen / dining room remodel. The architectural design support was excellent and allowed for really detailed planning of the project. Potters made the entire process painless, from planning applications all the way through to the construction itself. All of the final finishes were top quality as they had been with the bathroom remodels. The quality was again superb and the crew he had on the job was excellent and very friendly. The neighbours commented on how easy they were to get along with during this project.

We are very happy with the outcome of both this projects. I’ve had several construction projects done over the years in different properties, but for me, these were easily the best.

Had Potters do new kitchen for us, it looks so much bigger and loads of storage. Very pleased with finished kitchen. The kitchen fitters worked hard and very polite. I highly recommend them.

The process was well managed from design to installation. Whenever there were problems they were speedily resolved. The workmen were all lovely and easy to work with. The finished result was great and I am pleased to have used this company

We recently had our bathroom completely taken out and replaced by an enclosed shower unit together with new sink, toilet and radiator. New downlights, extractor fan and tiling were all changed. We cannot fault the service or the degree of skill with which each element was subject to. When we saw Melvyn initially at the showroom in Gravesend he gave sound, practical advice with sensible options for what we had in mind and those were delivered. From day one the team were considerate, neat and at the end of each day cleared up comprehensively and removed such rubbish as was needed. They were a very humerous and professional team who clearly had the customer in mind at all times. It was a disruptive few weeks for obvious reasons but made so much easier by the approach taken. I have used Melvyn and his team on 3 separate occasions. A bathroom and cloakroom, and a kitchen at my property and a bathroom at my daughters. Every project has been a 1st class experience. From initial design through to completion, the teams have been amazing. When coming up against issues related to previous poor workmanship, the team have provided a solution to ensure that the finished project not only looked amazing but prevented further issues. Potters will always do the right thing for their customers, even if this means more work for them. The on site teams arrived when they said they would and would leave the site spotless every day. Its not often you get this level of service nowadays. I highly recommend Melvyn and team and would not hesitate to use them for any future projects.

When an unexpected problem arose, inevitable in an old house, Melvyn kept me informed & organised the solution. I could not be more delighted with the refurbishment of my ensuite and bathroom from design to completion. The work was carried out to the highest standard by skilled tradesmen with minimal disruption. They arrived promptly each morning and in the evenings left my small apartment clean and tidy.
The quality of the finish is superb and I would not hesitate to recommend Potters.

Thank you to Potters interior. Great service from start to finish and high quality finish to the Kitchen. Very helpful in design stage helping us get the space and features we was looking for. Also very helpful in finding a finish for the cupboards, getting many samples to help us choose. Very helpful with design tweaks as we went through the project. Fitting was well organised and very professional. Very pleased with the final product.

We have used Potters twice the first time was to install a new bathroom, they were competitively priced and Melvin and his team did a first class job. What really impressed us was how they made sure they cleaned up before leaving each day. It wasn't the easiest of jobs and Melvin was very fair when pricing up the unforseen extras that needed doing. A couple of years later we decided to build a downstairs cloak room in the hallway, a wall needed knocking down and new stud walls erected, everything went better than planned nothing was to much trouble and again Melvin and his team did a first class job.

We have used Potters for two kitchen refurbishments. We had a good experience the first time and decided to use them again for the most recent project. Not the cheapest quote, but we felt the benefits of using a small local company over one of the larger companies was worth the extra cost.

Using Potters gave us more flexibility over the choice of units, finishes, appliances etc. They took care of all the ordering and ensuring accurate and timely delivery. This extended to sending one of their team on a lengthy journey to collect work surfaces direct from the supplier. Communication both before and during the installation was regular and honest.

The installation team were first class. They were punctual, reliable and above all flexible. A couple of tweaks were needed in the course of the installation; these were agreed and implemented without any difficulty. The kitchen area was left clean and tidy each evening and waste was regularly removed, so it didn't accumulate at the front of the house. It was a pleasure having them in the house.

We have had no issues or snags with the kitchen since it was completed thanks to the level of attention to detail that was delivered by the team. A stress-free project!

We engaged Potters to refurb our upstairs bathroom and a separate downstairs utility room.
They provided a timely initial approach plan and quote for both.
The bathroom in particular proved a challenging project because of its sloping roof, calling for an inventive approach to ensure all the facilities we required were contained with acceptable access.
Although the initial Potters bathroom plan proved unsuitable, we agreed on a layout outlined by ourselves with input from Melvyn. Suggestions based on his experienced throughout was both helpful and appreciated in getting the result we were after e.g. bespoke shower screen and the addition of a Velux window to provide more light and a little more headroom.
The fittings and appliances used were a combination of those sourced by ourselves or picked from catalogues provided by Melvyn.
Melvyn project managed and scheduled all the necessary trades involved. Daily visits enabled any queries to be answered and/or work redirected.
The team worked well together in coordinating their activities in the tight space available. Everyone involved was friendly and kept any mess to a minimum; cleaning up at the end of each day.
There were a few mishaps along the way, mainly in the availability (or rather non availability!) of products i.e. tiles no longer in production. This resulted in the timescale for completion taking longer than expected. Luckily for us, we have a downstairs toilet/shower room to use for day-to-day use while work was ongoing.
Really happy with the quality and professionalism of all those involved with thanks to Kevin, Steve(1), Steve(2), Mason, Jim and Tash.
Definitely would recommend Potters.
