Great little shopping haul, perfect for kids party bags and even big kids with their retro toys, like fun snaps!

I use poundfun to buy prizes that we give away to children at our free clubs. Poundfun offers an easy and convenient way for me to shop for quality gifts. Their orders are easy to track and delivered promptly, it's not the first time they have delivered quicker than they say they will. I also love that they do premade party bags, saves a lot of decisions and great for the kids I work with.

I ordered a wide range of small items for kids’ activity packs and overall am very pleased with both the good value and the service I received. They arrived quickly and well packaged and a missing item was replaced with no quibbles and with good email communication. I would have given the full 5 stars but do feel the website could be improved by giving specifications and dimensions of the items. For example there was no indication that the activity books I ordered were very mini sized (though it didn’t matter).

This company are robing the public the Parcel I got was £25 they said it was over £60 worth of goods in it when I received it. It was a little box and it contains no more than between £15-£20 worth of stuff. They are deceiving the public when I confronted them, they said send it back and will give you a refund. Nothing else that was it and I think that’s right. It is disgusting. These companies are getting rich. I never had much money. I wanted to get it for my grandchildren and it was an absolute load of rubbish when you look on their website it’s really good well branded name stuff and it just come a load of rubbish. It is disgusting. I recommend no one orders from this company because they will be disappointed. I couldn’t believe the way they dealt with the situation.

I got an email for a free £10 voucher and free shipping, i done all the steps and received my voucher codes the next morning! just waiting on my items to be delivered now but other than that i was happy with how quick i got it and thankful for the vouchers :)

First time i have used this company based in Keighley. The prices were unbelievablely affordable, discount code available for even licensed company goods. All 36 items arrived in great condition. Will order from again

Christmas order placed. Received damaged and with a shortfall.
Still, despite numerous emails and attempted telephone contact (They don't answer their phones) they have not agreed to cover the return postage for faulty item/s and neither have they provided the balance of my order or refunded.
They seriously are dragging their heels. Last opportunity to resolve before chargeback.

The toys were amazing the quality and quantity. The delivery was all on time. Very happy with it all.

I've been waiting nearly 2 weeks so far for a reply on an order issue, they advertised some air dry clay and the picture is 5oz but they sent me 2oz packets, sent multiple emails, no reply, what a scam!

The website is super easy to use. And always has items at a great price. I can’t wait to order things for my daughter’s party bags as I’ve seen so many good things at a bargain price. Delivery is also pretty quick never waited longer than a week like most places.

Items were smaller than I thought so make sure you check sizes, also processing and delivery were very slow, but item were good quality

On December 18th 2024 I contacted PoundFun to return an item. Took them 3 weeks to reply to my emails to provide me with a returns address and procedure. 2 weeks after posting them the items back I still haven't had a refund, the number on their website goes to answering machine, they don't reply to the websites chat, emails take far longer than 1-2 days if they respond at all.
Awfull Company, AVOID!!

Ordered 1 x boy surprise box. 1x girl suprise box. Did not receive the items guaranteed to be in box.. All items put in one brown box not the boxes they were advertised in.. I complained twice weeks ago but no reply.. Was told items in boxes were guaranteed to be worth over £50 but on sale for £25,. No way.. Most items for 3yr old. Very disappointing.. Never use it again..
