I borrowed £900 and received the money within 30 minutes. I took a repayment schedule of 12 months, but thankfully I can repay the whole amount back any time and only have to pay interest up to that date, which is pretty good! Used their online chat and the customer service team were very helpful.

I am disgusted with this company for treating me with contempt. I may have had financial difficulties but I am not an idiot. I intend to expose them for causing me so much stress over the last 3 weeks. They are trying to charge me money that I do not owe them. I have repeatedly contacted them and are given promises that someone will contact me to resolve the issue. 3 weeks on still no response.

A great company that are available to chat live and help with any problems or queries you have. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future if necessary

easy to get the money when i needed it and easy to pay off early when i needed to. Only one suggestion to have for the website .. have a page so that people can make a early repayment as i had to go through live chat ( still easy just took about 5 mins but chat was very helpful so not a bad thing) rest of the loan would of cost 863 quid... pay off 7 months early = 522 so very happy with that.

I have experience perfect start with these loans, only things was i missed 3 installment and have contact them to find out why had this happen. They have explains clearly where it went wrong and i soon realised it was my faults so they were very understanding and have arrange to set up automatic payment plans so they can collect the arrears but good thing is it does not come with any extra interests, Only one time late fee of £12 was added to my arrears that all. I would recommend this to anyone. it not like any other banks that charges you too many interests or charges for not collecting arrears these are different to banks. Perfect start to get a loans from, i agree the interest you get with applying for the amount of are bit too much.

This very American company has very, very high rates compared to alternative providers, and the customer service can sometimes be unreasonable and rude. Their website doesn't allow you to perform all the actions they say it does and generally I would not recommend.

It is unfortunate that I have to use companies that charge such high interest rates, however at least in the case of Poundstopocket you are treated with kindness and respect. I have just finished paying off my loan today & having never missed or been late with a payment throughout the 12 month term, I feel good!
I hope I never need to use the service again, but wouldn't hesitate to use Poundstopocket if the need arose.

I contacted this company today (I am an existing customer) to find out how the amount I would need to pay to finish my contract early. They hadn't got a clue how much I had paid or what I had left to pay. They gave me an amount that was MORE than it would be just to continue paying my normal payments, and then had the audacity to tell me that I would be saving £110!!

I financial institution that does not know what you've paid or what you owe should be avoided at all costs.

I received an email in the early hours of the morning saying my loan application was declined. Very strange because I didn't apply for 1 from this company and yet I have a customer number on their server and they have details about me, beware, They called me a valued customer, How can I be a valued customer when i have never received a loan from them.

I was given the option to select payment dates that were then ignored, when I contacted them I was told it was my own fault and had to provide payslips and bank statements to ammend the payment dates to what I had agreed to in the 1st place. They seem to think that its ok to change your payment dates as they see fit. Generally they were pretty unhelpful and I will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone

This company was very helpful. They were unable to help me but they were very friendly and efficient.

I have taken my first loan with P2P this year and have had minor issues with the payments, i was offered a payment holiday for my christmas payment to ensure my family has a good holiday. further to this they have moved my payment back by 1 week to ensure i pay on time and to give me added stability with my finances.
Both advisors i spoke to were kind, courteous, and wrote with good manners.
I have had a few issues with loan companies ringing me when i am not due to pay. spamming my email and being generally unhelpful. This is not the case with P2P, they have helped me whenever i needed it. I would recommend P2P to anybody looking for a real caring loan company.

Use to be brilliant i thought. I have always used them, borrowed £600 every time on many occasions I think i have had 5 loans from them before, ALWAYS paid back early, applied the other day for just £200, before i could always top up my loan at anytime up to £600. I borrowed the £200 then my dog ended up in the vets and i had to spend it all on him, went to get more from them and the top up i am told is no longer available to me so i had to go and borrow £400 from Wonga. P2P did not want to lend me more. I can only imagine because i paid back within a month everytime in full they was not making any money out of me from their interest rate and this is why i am of no use to them. I will not ever borrow from P2P again. If you cant help someone when they need it most then you are of no use especially with the amount of competition out there. Especially when you know someone is a very good payer and always pays back.

Yeah, it costs a bit in the interest...BUT....email alerts and clear explanation of principal and interest sections of your payments are useful.
Money transferred very quickly and has got me out of a tight spot when I needed it most.
The people I have spoken to have always been spot on and I would recommend them if you need this type of loan.

They are very good and as long as you are prepared to pay the price of a hefty interest rate and obviously as long as you repay monthly ... a very good company. Interesting that all customer service guys seem to be american and probably working from home in view of the background noise. If you want smallish amount of money and don't mind the interest ... they are the company for you

I would recommend a Pounds to Pocket loan to anyone as the company has really listened to me as an individual and my needs, tailoring my loan to ME.

I feel I can easily go to them with any problems and always welcomed with friendly call centre staff.

I don't even bother looking at other loan options now, Pounds to Pocket will always be my go to company in time of need.

We used Pounds to Pocket for the first time in 2012 and were impressed at the fast service and the speed of completing the transaction. We had need to use them again last year and though we would have to go through the whole process again but were surprised to find that as previous customers we were approved within 10 minutes for a further advance! Great service and will definitely recommend to others.
