Briliiant fast delivery and bike is great

Excellent rowing machine for a slightly overweight middle aged woman. It was reasonably easy to put together and immediately feels easy to use. The display gives me enough information so I can keep track how I am doing. I am not a natural keep fit enthusiast and I have put it in front of the TV. The distraction that gives means I have covered miles already!

It's not to bad, it's not as good as the gym but it's better than nothing.
Mine arrived with damage to the seat and the frame is a bit badly pressed, hopefully it will be OK.
I did email customer service and they asked for pics, I sent them a few but I didn't hear anything back.
It's very good for seated hamstring, feels very good, I am pretty short tho and I do think if you are very tall it might not feel as it does for me.
This leg machine would be alot better if the holes in the selector plate had a couple more. And also the seat would benefit from an adjustable hight/tilt.
I've been using it for a month and i will keep it for the time being.

Fantastic company - purchased a leg curl / extension machine and it arrived fast, had an issue with one of the pads, which was rectified fast!

Support got back to me on a Sunday and the replacement pad was sent next business day.

I received my CT310 Elliptical Cross Trainer Exercise Bike in late January 2021.

The tension belt lasted four months. I was provided with two free ones and told that, "In most cases these belts last for many years without needing replacing."

A second belt failed eight months later. I think this was due to play in the flywheel and provided a video showing how its movement meant the flywheel rim touched the sides of the tension belt.

XSSports offered a third free belt. However, I argued that the machine was faulty and have accepted a 50% refund on my purchase price. We have thus amicably resolved the matter.

I have ordered xssports310s cross arm machine ... everything delivered perfectly took less time to assemble but unfortunately its my bad i started getting knee pain after using it , there is nothing wrong with machine or xs sports might be am not aware of it how to use it in proper way ... because of this side effect knee pain i had to return it back after 2 weeks ...

and the xs sports refunded all of my money which i didnot even expect ...God Bless this company ... they are very genuine ... and i called the customer support he had very patiently answered all my calls ...true worth buying in this company ...

Excellent service with fast delivery. One part of my machine had the wrong size foam roller, I emailed and correct size was posted out within 2 days which was greatly appreciated.

Very helpful when organising a repair under warranty.

All things came really rapidly which I was impressed with. The front leg extension is a great piece off equipment really easy to build. The stationary bike is off brilliant quality and also was very easy to build. I would recommend XS sports fro future purchases. Many thanks
