Definitely the worse karting experience…
Definitely the worse karting experience in my life .
We are a group of 15 appassionate amateur carter that loves meeting for some good time and laugh . We have tried every single carting facility in the area and unfortunately this experience was not great at all .
Let me explain:
Point 1 : one of hour driver was not aloud to drive because was seen on the main car park drinking a 33 cl beer (now if this is the policy u should write in ur site ) and most of all u shouldn't then have a beer on sale on your Bar ! A bit contradictory with your policy right ?
Point 2 : at the moment of the payment we were asking for one single transaction and to mobile pay each other ... now since when a business tell how to manage payment between guest ? Some of our guest didn't have mobile pay and some came with cash ... if again this is a policy of your place u should inform the customer prior booking !
So now put your self in a guest position we are in your facility for less then 15 min and we feel already unwelcome .
But we payed the money and we want have a good time .
First session we were giving a cart and all went good for the first 10 min .
Now second session .... we waited 10 minute for giving the time to other racer to start their 10 min qualifying while we were briefed again (to keep as busy I guess ) while the carting were charging .
So time to race again ... but this time with different cart , even though I was given one cart that was just left in charge from the fist qualifying ... this was slow and I lost position after position now having probably not enough battery .. I have address one of the supervisor and I was told that he could see that the cart was slow and that he was trying to give me speed trough the remote , but nothing was done on the spot to fix the issue or change with another cart .
Over all I hope you see from where I'm coming , we didn't came to win the would championship, but to have a good time with a group of friends that goes twice a month racing around Denmark .
Unfortunately your facility was our biggest disappointment and I hope that you will improve your customer service and facility organization not only with remotes cart limiter

Regarding your first 2 points of your review, we’re sorry to hear that you had a undelightful experience. However, we’d like to mention that the policy about zero tolerance of alcohol before driving, is because of safety reasons. This is clearly mentioned on our website when booking and in the booking confirmation that we’ve sent the organizer of your event. You would have been more than welcome enjoying a beer at our bar after the end of the race – like all our other customers.
Furthermore, the person in charge of booking the event, have accepted terms of conditions when booking, which clearly states that events with more than 7 drivers must pay combined. Terms of conditions are additional also linked in the booking confirmation we’ve sent.
At the end, we ended up bending our own rules to accommodate your request to pay individually.
Nonetheless, we can’t change the experience you had at our gokart center and we are very happy that people have high expectations about us - and we are trying to do everything we can to fulfill these. Unfortunately, it was not enough this time.
Luckily for us we have many happy and satisfied customers who keeps coming back – but still it do not change the experience that you felt, which we are sorry for.
