It has proved difficult to get the…
It has proved difficult to get the spare parts for my Hyundai oil less compressor. My model no is HY27550. I required a check stop valve - and also 2 x braided air hoses (300mm long) However on your exploded diagram for this machine these parts are not shown. There is now a newer version of this machine HY27550X - which dose show a check valve and air hoses , but these parts do not fit my older version machine. The check valve for this machine is a 2 port. but the check valve on my machine is a 3 port. Also the hose's for this machine are 270mm - ( I need 300mm) Whilst I have had good and understanding telephone conversations with your operators that deal with spares-- from their point of view - it has not been easy to access information for the correct parts for my machine. This problem of not being able to access correct parts needs to be addressed - after all this is Hyundai -

The customer service agents were always very responsive to my emails. However, although they understood the problem they did not come up with a simple fix/replacement part until I suggested it myself.
