I have ordered a simple cable.
It said it will take more than a month AFTER I HAVE ORDERED IT.
Tried to cancel online but it was a bit cumbersome.
Then i went to the shop, tried to cancel there too they said their system is very old and it can only be done online.
We took the steps there to cancel.
Then they still sent the product to me no money back.
I tried to cancel online again, the online chatbot didn’t understand anything and then i was asked for some data then when i provided they still never cancelled.
Then now i just get the product more than a month after I did mot need it at all.

Today your team delivered my new washing machine, and I also paid extra for installation service. I am very disappointed with the experience.
Before your technicians arrived, both washing machines were working properly. After they installed the new machine, it did not work. The technicians only said that there was an electricity problem and then left without fixing anything.
They also did not properly fix the door after opening it to bring the machine inside.
I buy many things from POWER and have always trusted your service, which is why this experience is very disappointing for me.
If I now need to call an electrician myself, then what was the reason for paying extra for installation service?
I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The tv is fine but the staff are irritating.. He just wasted our half and hour, we were sure about our decision, he kept asking for unwanted telmore SIM card .this is irritating , if we don't want than leave us, why you bothering

I got hassled by the staff to buy a more expensive product and offered unrelated services like electricity and cell. Felt really bad. You should let people pick up their package in peace otherwise you're just increasing logistics as prople are forced to order to boxes.
