Disappointing Service and Product Presentation at Power Glostrup
Disappointed with my recent experience at Power in Glostrup. I went to Power to collect a brand new Apple Watch (not an outlet / refurbished product) and when I received the Apple Watch with its case, it had been defaced by the staff with permanent black marker pen.
The writing on the case was not only unsightly, but the handwriting was far from neat, giving the impression of a product that had been used, refurbished, and not treated with care.
I asked the staff member if they had a new Apple watch case without permanent pen markings, but was informed that Power Glostrup writes directly on all Apple products with marker pens.
When a customer pays over 3,500+ DKK for a product, it is reasonable to expect that the product should be delivered in the exact condition intended by the manufacturer, in this case, Apple.
The presence of black marker pen writing on the side of the case has effectively marred what should have been a pristine and brand-new product.
As a result of this, I had to make an extra trip to your Herlev location to secure a case that met my expectations and was free from any unwanted pen markings. This experience was both time-consuming and inconvenient, and it left me questioning the quality of service and products provided by Power in Glostrup.
The situation with pen markings might not be an issue to most - but this extends beyond my personal inconvenience.
When purchasing high-end Apple products, customers should expect to receive the item in a condition that allows for resale value in the future. The black marker pen writing on the case detracts from the product's perceived value and could lead others to think it is a refurbished item, rather than a brand-new product purchased at full price.
I would not recommend shopping at this location to others, especially those interested in purchasing Apple products.
I would also advise future customers to inspect their Apple product cases for permanent marker writing when shopping at Power Glostrup, as according to their staff, they have written on all Apple products with permanent marker pens.
I hope that Power take this feedback seriously, and consider reviewing your in-store policies to ensure that customers receive the quality and experience they deserve when making high value purchases.

Nasty experience at Power
I had a nasty experience at your Power shop in Glostrup (14.08.2023). I went to return the laptop which I bought on 13.08.2023. The deal was that I would pay 299 kr. If I buy a subscription with Talia. After using a few hours, I realized it was a rubbish product which was not even letting me type or watch on Youtube.
When I went to return the product and asked him to pay my money back and cancel the subscription with Talia, the irrational salesperson said I pay 1500 kr more and then he would return 300 kr. The most irrational person was giving me threats and not canceling the order with Talia and returning my 300 kr.
Then another person came who resolved the problem when I got hyper. This is no customer service. Stop cheating people.
I made a complaint to Power Shop in writing and I am glad that they apologized for the whole issue. And, sent me a purchase card for 500 kr. Nevertheless, I cannot approve the request from the Power Shop to remove my rating or complaint. They should train their staff that people should not write such negative opinions.
