Very poor service
I was there at store and coule not find my desire product so i orderd at store .
and staff their told me that i can receive my product on 2-5business days.. amd then when 7 business days passed , i texted at customer service and they replied that i can get my product after 4 month.. which is really shame and really really disappointing . i did not expect this from power managemnet .

Ordering and pickup went smoothly.
Ordered an Apple Watch Ultra 3 at Power though the internet. Ordered pick up at the local Power store to get it faster. Everything went smoothly. Had to wait somewhat in the store before being served.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, a chatbot which cannot help, and a promise that a person would contact me that never happened. Two weeks since I made my order online, and I still have not been able to barely raise my matter to anyone responsible. They have been holding 1000 dkk which I could have spend in much more reliable vendors for 2 weeks now...

Bought an apple watch SE model 40 mm…
Bought an apple watch SE model 40 mm with cellular for my 9 old son. Apple doesn't support Apple watch for kids feature in Denmark. Went back to return the watch at the store, they refused to take the watch, citing their return policy on apple products, that the packaging is not intact. Since the package is open they cannot take it back. They even refused me to allow speaking to their store manager.
The return policy is merely printed at the back of the receipt. Ideally they should explain their return policy on apple products at the time of purchase, and they should also explain what features are supported.

Flexible and customer oriented service
We bought a tv, had great advice in the store. It turned out to be too big. We returned it, and bought one smaller. Everything was smooth and flexible. Both the shop on Ishoj and the one in Vesterport has great staff! Recommended :)
