The store she seemed shabby and cold…
The store she seemed shabby and cold dock, the gentleman that helped me with the microwave that I chose was a nice man, but when it was time to pay, they were two people behind the cash desk one young lady who was taking care of a customer, and that was taking time because she had to promote the insurance and other aspect. There was another male individual that was just hanging around the place doing as little as possible I waited several minutes until in the end I asked him if he could actually serve a customer, and which time he did with no great enthusiasm, gave me a bad overall experience of the shop. This is what shops in Sweden used to be like before. The customer
became important.
To add insult to injury I was desperate for the toilet on the way in and asked the young man if there was a customer toilet to which he replied, no as I was only going to be in the shop a short time I figured I’d go ahead with my purchase. Not only did the Young Man on the cash desk. Ignore me when I wanted to pay he did so knowing that I was desperate for the toilet..To add insult to injury I was desperate for the toilet on the way in and asked the young man if there was a customer toilet to which he replied, no as I was only going to be in the shop a short time I figured I’d go ahead with my purchase. Not only did the Young Man on the cash desk. Ignore me when I wanted to pay he did so knowing that I was desperate for the toilet.
