I had a horrible experience
I had a bad experience. I purchased a blender back in 2022 and it had a warranty for 5 years. When i contacted the brand they asked me to go to the store for inspection. The store refused to accept it and they said they cant do it even though the brand says so. Later i had to open the website and show them all the details. I had convince them with proofs. Later they didnt have the model that they were supposed to replace mine with.
Later when they agreed, they started to check my old invoice they said they couldnt find the purchase on their computer even the invoice was valid. So they randomly took out one order who's name matched with mine and they prepared a bill. Later when i went home to check the bill i found out that the details didnt match and also the product i returned was not specified(offcourse they put a wrong one since they couldnt find mine.). So i came back to the store and they adjusted the my name in the bill and gave a new one. But still the product i purchased now and also the one i returned was never specified. When i asked them how will i manage if there is a warranty issue they said its okay just show both the bills and we will fix it. For me this was so unprofessional , they just tried to cover up everything and in the end i was made to pay more. This is not good.
