Ordered a campaign item to be picked up in store (Heron City). Had to wait for a while before the lady searched for it and said it was out of stock.
How is it possible that I receive an email with the confirmation that my reserved item is ready, and on arrival I don’t receive it with an excuse.
Your ‘click and reserve’ system is not credible.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I ordered few items in shop ( items were on sale) on 11th Oct and payment was made but later I was informed that items are not avialable so was informed to cancel the order. I spend hours in queue and could not get the items for which order was booked. Why the system allowed to book order If items were not in shop.
Its pathetic experience.
