I ordered a product mid-November
I ordered a product mid-November and I payed for it at the same time. Mid December we called them and they decided they don't have it. The customer service shrugged and had not idea about what happened. I had to argue for getting my money back. On top of that, the girl at the end of the call wouldn't say her name and hanged up. Isn't funny how you can act like that when you have your customer's money in the account and no product to deliver??
