I am writing this review on behalf of my grandmother, a sweet 78-year-old lady who recently visited Power outside Gothenburg city for a simple phone upgrade. She was approached by a salesperson who seemed helpful at first, offering a "special deal" on the latest smartphone. The catch? She had to commit to a 24-month subscription to get the phone at a "discounted" price.

Initially, it sounded like a good deal, but the reality was far from it. The contract was filled with hidden fees and the so-called discounted price was just a gimmick. The monthly charges were exorbitant, and the terms were rigid. My grandmother, who barely uses data or makes calls, is now stuck paying a hefty sum each month for services she doesn't need.

What's more distressing is that she was not made fully aware of these terms at the time of purchase. The salesperson rushed her through the signage, preying on her trust and limited understanding of technology.

This experience has left us both feeling deceived and frustrated. It's disheartening to see a reputable store take advantage of elderly customers like this. I urge everyone, especially those with elderly family members, to be vigilant against such deceptive sales tactics.

i didn't have any difficulty seeing what i wanted. the workers were ready to give me assistance if need be.
