Nobody Knows where my package is
I order Xbox Series X on 7July 2024 & the delivery date is 11 July 2024, three business days to deliver to Vasteras. But I’m still waiting the package. PostNord stop updating to track the shipment on 9 July. I contacted the customer service by email & phone but sound like I’m stuck between power.se & PostNord. The issue is not resolved yet. It would be good to take POWER full responsible instead of pushing customer to wait PostNord since my deal is with POWER.

Rude staff in the home electronics department. Bought a freezer and she acted like she was giving it to me ! Asked for help to buy a vacuum cleaner and she said that it was not her section. Are you this rude to Swedes or only foreigners?
