I was sent two dead batteries. I stupidly threw away my clipper which was about 17 years old. I assumed the batteries were good, but I found out just the other day they were dead when I had them measured on a meter. The meter moved about an inch, but remained clearly in the red zone. I'm not pleased, but I'll give the company another shot.

Great product, great price, nice prompt delivery. What more could you ask for?

My order never arrived, with failure involving both USPS AND UPS.
It took over a month for a resolution, which was only done by cancelling the order and issuing a refund.
I was then able to have my institution place a successful order for the major item requested.
To my knowledge, the underlying problem was never identified.

The TN261 charger with T35U batteries are very good,also the TN261 charger made older 18650 batteries last longer before recharging. Good job on shipping to Hawaii.

Can I get rechargeable batteries with the same voltage as non rechargeables. Big impact on some uses.

I use Tenergy batteries for virtually all of my battery powered devices from flashlights, to remote controls, and telephone backups. I have found over time that the black AA and AAA are superior to the "premium" ones.

I called customer service with a few questions. The rep was very helpful. Batteries received in a timely manner and my cameras are up and working. I will definitely order again.

I'm deeply disappointed in the performance of these new Premium Pro rechargeable batteries

I bought these batteries with the expectation that they would perform as well as or better than the batteries I bought three years ago.
The Tenergy Premium Pro rechargeable batteries I bought three years ago, AA and AAA, held a full charge for at least a month when kept in storage.
I purchased the same type of batteries two weeks ago and these new batteries fully discharge within a few days when kept in storage.
I wouldn't recommend these batteries to anyone.

The Tenergy Power batteries work great in the Arlo cameras. They stay charged for a really long time and you don’t have to change them as offended as you do other brands. I would highly recommend them if you are using Arlo cameras.

Tenergy rechargeable batteries keep my security camera working longer than any other! And the charging station is quick and easy! Tenergy got these products to me quickly, and securely.

After 11 days from placing online order for rechargeable batteries, when I have not received my order, I contacted Tenergy customer service and received the reply as " It looks like there was a system error that prevented your order from being automatically processed as expected..." They offered me shipping the batteries versus refund, and I chose refund. I am disappointed about their unreliable service.

I purchased a tactical flashlight almost 7 years ago in the fall of 2019 and it came with two Tenergy batteries 18360 3.7v 2600 mAH rechargeables. They have been a great battery so why would I want to change. I purchased 4 more and they have been working awesome. I use they while doing electrical or plumbing jobs in tight areas with low light and during deer season to and from the tree stand. Have been very happy with these batteries.
