They made me lose an offer, in purpose
On the 29th February, I created my account on POWERCOIN. I contacted them on chat to add the points I earned from previous purchases to my account. In the meantime, I noticed a coin that was on offer and I decided to buy it, only that I had to wait for the customer service to add the points to my account to be able to apply them to the offer as well. I waited for more than an hour and the offer was about to expire. In the meantime, I kept writing to them on chat and WhatsApp that the offer is expiring and I want to apply the points and buy that coin. In short, they told me that I will be able to buy and apply the vouchers and points even if the offer expires, that the IT department can create the order manually after that and that it is not a problem. I trusted everything they told me and when the offer expired they told me that nothing could be done and that I would no longer be able to apply the points to the expired offer.
The coin was £256 and the price on the offer was £212 and with my points applied the price should have dropped to £188 or so.
They kept me on the chat, they dragged on for an hour or so until the offer expired.
I have all the conversation saved on WhatApp.
Too bad you don't consider that customers are an important component of your business. It is obvious you don't value your customers.

I have checked your account and I see that this is an order of months ago.
I haven't found any particular issue with your account, except that you have received a slightly damaged capsule and we have provided a new one. Even in that case your review was positive.
About the discount you are talking about, it seems you are referring to a loyalty points voucher (discount voucher not due, is a gift) that for a technical problem (you had two accounts to merge and it required an internal IT ticket, is not an immediate operation) you haven't been able to apply in time to make a discounted item even more cheap.
In other words it seems you are complaining cause due to a problem beyond our control (two different accounts created by you on the site) you haven't been able to discount same item twice.
That was not done on purpose, cause for us it is a nonsense to give as gifts a discount voucher and then prevent you to use it, what's the point? It is not even relevant for us if you use it in one order or in next one, that's the same amount that will be discounted, sooner or later.
Considering that these orders are from February or March, please tell us the real reason why today, in May, feel the urgency to change a positive review you already left for such a bad one. We are here to help in our mutual interest, yours as customer and ours as sellers. Please let me know what is that you really want now. If it was apologies, there is no need to flood internet of bad reviews, just write an email or call and I will be more than happy to pick up the phone. Thanks!

Still haven’t received any news from my order in 1 week
Made an order on 9th May but still haven’t received my order while it said it should arrive in 1 day…there is also no response to my e-mail!
I never put 1 star so i hope to reach them this way so i can remove the 1 star.

Hello! Let me briefly explain my experience with Power Coin. I've been silent for a while. I never had any problems. But... Last time I bought 5 coins, around 1000 euros. 3 of these do not correspond to what is shown on the website. It was explained to me that the pictures are "enhanced" with the help of the computer. Does it seem normal to you? No, normal. I returned them. Now scandal: that I have to pay penalties, that my 5% commission will also be stopped. Only problems. Since the product does not correspond to the one on the website, it seems normal for the seller to pay everything, let's say, without penalties, but at least the return shipping. Almost 23 euros. They returned my money in coins, but not the transport. That's because....that's what they want. It does not seem fair.
