Update of order was very fast. I ordered two extra pairs of a fabulous trousers from Powercut. But when I ordered I accidentally selected the wrong size. I emailed the customer services team straight away and within just a few hours they updated my order.

I had an issue with a fleece top I…
I had an issue with a fleece top I bought. When i got in touch, within 24 hrs I had an email back looking for a few more details. Straight after I sent the details, I have a replacement fleece being sent to me. The girl Danielle was so prompt and polite. I have bought powercut clothing since last winter changing from another well known brand. I find the quality fantastic and look forward to buying more. Thanks again!!!

Great communication & so helpful.
I just recently placed an order with Powercut for a fleece to be sent to my daughter in Australia. Once I saw my confirmation email I realised it was the wrong size I had ordered. I emailed the company in a panic and the lovely Danielle got back to me 1st thing the following day. She amended my order and assured me that all was good and the correct size would be shipped. So it’s a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review from me.

Really good quality raincoat…
Have been looking for a decent raincoat for ages and found this one on their website. Really good quality, nicely lined and lightly padded with fleece lined pockets making it nice & cosy. Great length with zip that opens at both ends. I bought the wine coloured one which is really nice, well worth the €75

Good products, excellent customer service
I have bought many items of clothing from Powercut. Only once was one faulty and with that the customer service was excellent from Danielle. Quick, efficient and sent a replacement item straight away when proof was shown that the item wasn't up to their usual standards.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT RETURNING MY MONEY
Returned 2 fleeces that were received by this company 24th December . Per their email you are supposed to get notification once it’s been received that has not happened . I am still waiting on refund, emailed again today and received the exact same email. Would never buy from again don’t trust their customer service and not looking like I will get my money back AVOID AT ALL COSTS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Fleece and leggings
Ordered a 1/4 zip fleece and leggings. Sized down in fleece as per other reviews. I wear a size 12 and the size small is plenty big and roomy. Ordered a size m in leggings and they are perfect.
