Exceptional Service and Value from Power Master Generators
I couldn't be more pleased with the service and pricing offered by Power Master Generators, especially after the challenges posed by the recent Christmas Day storm. Like many on the Gold Coast, I found myself without power for over a week. Remarkably, Power Master Generators opened their doors on Boxing Day—despite it being a holiday—just to assist those affected by the storm. This wonderful family business truly went above and beyond.
Sian was incredibly supportive and efficient, even amidst the chaos of such a busy period. Julian was a lifesaver; he not only helped me pick the right generator—a 4.5kVA MaxWatt—but also took the time to set it up and ensure it was fully operational, walking me through the process as it was my first generator purchase. It has been performing amazingly well.
For anyone in need of a reliable and affordable generator, coupled with top-notch service, I highly recommend Power Master Generators. Their dedication and customer care are second to none!
