Except for the payment

Except for the payment, everything was bad. Service and support was complete disaster.

First about the Product:
The equipment is decent, not great but decent. For the cost, there are better products out there. I paid 45k rupees for a home gym station, but after ordering I found out there are much better products at 35-40K range.

They delivered within a week from the day of purchase. Then the real issue started, installation. They promised that the gym machine will be installed in 24 hours by their technician. I am writing this review after a month and still not fixed. After 15+ emails and 100+ calls, the issue is not fixed.

Their excuse is, my address is far from the technician area, just a pathetic excuse. I tried escalation emails, they promise they will send an technician, but when I reach out to the technician, it was all a lie to start with.

Poor Service.
Average Product.

Very disappointing after-sales service — PowerMaxx

Don't buy from them - I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PowerMaxx.

My treadmill worked without any major issue for approximately 2.5 years and then suddenly stopped working. Instead of properly investigating the actual cause of the failure, the company has attributed the problem to my household voltage, based on a voltage reading of around 248–255 V.

What I find particularly frustrating is that no actual PowerMaxx technical engineer has visited my home to properly diagnose the machine. Instead, a local electrician has been sent to inspect it. While an electrician may be able to check basic electrical issues, I do not consider this sufficient to determine the cause of a failure involving the specific electronics and components of a PowerMaxx treadmill.

The argument regarding voltage is also difficult to accept without proper technical evidence. Household voltage is not constantly fixed at exactly 230 V; it naturally fluctuates depending on electrical load and other factors. If the voltage was genuinely responsible for the failure, I would like to see a proper technical diagnosis explaining exactly which component failed because of excessive voltage and how this was established.

It is also strange that the treadmill operated normally for around 2.5 years before suddenly failing, while other electrical appliances in the same household continue to work normally.

PowerMaxx has recommended installing a VOSTA V3 stabilizer, which I will still do as a precaution to protect the machine going forward. However, installing a stabilizer should not automatically mean accepting that the previous failure was caused by my household voltage.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the after-sales support and the lack of a proper PowerMaxx technical inspection. I expected a company selling fitness equipment to provide qualified technical support and a proper root-cause diagnosis rather than simply attributing the failure to the customer's electrical supply.

I would strongly recommend potential customers consider the quality of the after-sales service and technical support before purchasing a PowerMaxx treadmill.

Don’t buy

Don’t. Just don’t buy from Powermax Fitness India Pvt. Ltd. 🥲
My Fitness TDM‑96 machine was not even a year old when it broke down.
After endless follow‑ups, they finally sent a technician who said the motor was faulty.
It took another 10 days to repair.
Barely a month later, the same problem came back.
Now I am stuck again, struggling to reach them and their calls even show up as scam numbers on Truecaller. 🤣

Great exercise bike

Great exercise bike, fit for home workouts. The powermax BS 151 fitness bicycle is comfortable and smooth to use. It's easy to adjust the resistance and perfect for daily cardio and fitness. Good value for money.

Unacceptable after-sales service. Avoid this brand!

Buying the machine was easy, but the post-purchase service is a complete nightmare. My equipment developed an issue, and getting in touch with customer support has been incredibly frustrating. They generate support ticket IDs but never follow up. Technicians promise to visit and then simply ghost you. It has been weeks, and my machine is just sitting there uselessly. A brand is only as good as its service, and PowerMax fails completely here.

It's been 1 month since my machine…

It's been 1 month since my machine arrived, it was broken since then, after that I kept calling regularly for service update as per their instructions, every time I was given only assurance, still I was trusting that they will come, but seeing their useless service, I felt very hurt that being such a big company, they are just fooling me, now only time will tell what they will do in the name of service.

Exact One year review of Powermax…

Exact One year review of Powermax Jogpad.
This walking pad is one of the worst purchases I’ve made. It was used extremely lightly about 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week, at a maximum speed of 6.5 km/h. That’s less than half of its advertised top speed of 14 km/h. Yet somehow, after just a year of such gentle use, it started falling apart.

First, the walking belt developed unusual marks and wear. Then the drive belt failed completely. Apparently, expecting a fitness machine to survive basic walking for more than a year is asking too much.

What truly sets this company apart, however, is its abysmal after-sales support. The moment the warranty expires, you cease to exist as a customer. I’ve spent weeks chasing customer support with little to show for it. This has now been an expensive piece of furniture for over three weeks.

The most infuriating part is that you’re trapped even if you’re willing to pay for repairs yourself. Hire your own technician? Great. Now try getting spare parts. You’re entirely dependent on the company, and in my experience those parts might as well be mythical objects. Everyone promises they’ll arrive. Nobody can tell you when. And they certainly don’t show up.

A walking pad shouldn’t self-destruct after a year of light use. A company selling fitness equipment should have a functioning spare-parts supply chain. And customer support should do more than offer vague assurances while your machine sits unusable.

This product isn’t just poorly built, it’s backed by a support system that seems designed to test how much frustration a customer can tolerate before giving up. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that believes products should outlast their warranty period and that customers deserve support after the sale.

Faulty Product & Worst Customer Service – Strongly Not Recommended

I purchased the PowerMax JOGPAD 4HP Treadmill, and it has been the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Within a few days, the treadmill’s belt started getting stuck — a serious safety hazard — and it made loud metallic noises. For a ₹25,000+ product, the build quality is unacceptable.

The bigger problem, however, is PowerMax’s completely unreliable after-sales service. Even after paying extra for an upgrade and additional ₹3,700 for pickup and packaging, it has been more than 15 days and the old unit has still not been picked up. I have been raising this issue for over a month now, with no resolution or proper communication.

Their support team — particularly Ashwin Mandavkar and Sushil Rajbhar — has been unresponsive, unprofessional, and dismissive. Calls go unanswered, and promises are never followed through.

This is a clear case of customer negligence and poor service ethics. I strongly urge PowerMax to take accountability and fix their support system. Until then, I cannot recommend this brand to anyone. If you value your money and time, stay away from PowerMax products.

Average product

Average product. Some quality control issues are there. Okay for home workouts. Flywheel is 10kg and not 12kg as mentioned. Pedals are not aluminium as mentioned in the description. Customer service is not responsive. Seat is a little bit wobbly even after tightening properly. Maximum user weight mentioned is 140kg but I think it is adequate for maximum 100kg person.

PoweMax MFT-410, Never buy from this brand

For model- PoweMax MFT-410

The installation takes four hours at least. It is not at all easy to assemble. Apart from that complete set of bolts was not provided. Because of this push-up bars can not be installed.

Even worse, the bolts, spanner and allen-key are of inferior quality. These items chipped and lost their edges and shape during the initial installation!!

When connected to the brand's support girl Alina was not at all willing to cooperate. It took her 48 hours to inform me that she will consult with her team to dispatch the missing parts. If I had waited for the delivery of missing parts the return windows might have closed. Hence, I raised the request for a return.

In short, the treadmill is not at all easy to install ourselves. And, if any part is missing then it would be too tedious to get support from the brand. I wonder what the brand's behavior would be during the so-called 1 year warranty period.

Also, the treadmill package contains a message where the brand asks for a 5-star review in return for which they will be providing 6 months additional warranty!! In my opinion, this trick is only for luring customers into submitting 5-star reviews.

I also know that Amazon won't publish my review as I have highlighted the true issue concerning the brand.

Better to stay away from such a company.

Poor Service company: Powermaxfitness

such a poor company. I purchased elliptical EH-250S from this company. The service person didn't install the product properly and it got a defect in first 10 days. Once, I complained, they said crank part is faulty and even after 3 months that part is not replace by company. I am still following at the time of writing this.

Any buyer

Any buyer, please avoid Powermax, they will lure you with the price, but the product is pathetic and will start giving you screeching noise and other trouble within no time. The service is pathetic, with horrible employees who know nothing about customer service. In short, this is a huge con to make you buy a piece of expensive equipment with a US label, which is absolutely not the case. Better buy a globally renowned product which will give you better service, do not be short-sighted. This is a inferior product with no service. Do not fall for the trap. I am suffering…
