Poor customer service

Poor customer service and do not recommend.
Bought a pair of Assioma Duo Shi, which developed play in both axles after 1 use and it was a known issue.
When I contacted their customer service they would not do anything about it and said that I had somehow caused it. in 90 mins riding...
I ended up contacting favero which sent me a repair kit and it lasted 6 months when the problem appeared again.
Shameful behaviour so just know what you´re getting into with these people if the product you bought needs after sales support.
