So far my experience has been good. I am having to return the first part that I ordered, so I am just waiting for the return label to be sent so I can get it shipped off. I have already ordered the replacement part and currently it is saying that it will be delivered tomorrow. As soon as I am able to send back the first part and get my money back, I will be 100% happy.

Its not OEM quality-- don't use the SOFT bolts that come with((twist off!!) It'll work for a few starts.. If use sparingly hope wil last a couple years..Does spin motor well,,, Too soon

Customer service is non-existent
Ordering was quite easy, part was delivered as expected, but part was defective out of the box and I've been unable to reach customer service to have it returned for a refund. (I've tried calling, leaving voicemails, using their automatic call back and by using website email.
Very disappointing experience thus far!
