I ordered the starter motor I wanted, with pictures and details that made the purchase easy to get it right the first time, and it came in two days. It was priced right that made the buy a no brainer. Thank you for being on the internet. I will buy again from you.

My outboard motor serial numbers are all not visable. I provided the year and model number. The trim motors for a 1997 50hp Marc force on this website has NO technical infotmation.
That section is empty. When I called they could only help me with a complete serial number if which I cannot provide.
After days of waiting to hear back from the email I sent them from their website I gave up and kept trying to figure the correct item. I ended up tracing and measuring the motor and took the chance and ordered it. They eventually call me back and email me also over a week later.

I will use other companies who are focused on customer service work with one in a timely manner.

I received the starter for my Wheel Horse Toro tractor in a timely fashion. The starter appeared to be well built with a lot of brass like parts (or plated) . The best part it was a good fit and the price was reasonable.

I wouldn't give a one but it wont let me go lower I was sent the wrong part I ordered the one with a round plug and you sent me the one with oval plug and no pigtail to connect it.
I had it tested at a local autozone and I watched the test because I know how it's done and I didn't want them to say it was bad just to sell me one of theirs But its testing bad and I I needed to know this before I contacted you.im in a wheelchair with no transportation till my van is fixed this Toyota Camry is my only means to have my daughter get me the things I need

Not a bad experience, but need a little more detail descriptions for pieces like starters. How many mounting bolts, distance between bolt centers, etc. Refund process not bad after you can finally get to the right place to request.
