Purchase the Sparkr wick. Used 3 times and it then only works intermittently. When it does work it does not use all 4 electrodes. Voiced my dissatisfaction and nothing was done. Have requested help over 5 times and zero response. Complete waste of money. Do not purchase this device or work with this company .

After having dropped over £150 on gear through their Kickstarter project, I received faulty products that stopped working after one use. The flaw was clearly known to their customer service reps, and they promised to send a replacement. Two weeks later I complained as I had received no notice or any goods, and they said they'd send again.
Now it's about 5 months later and I've received NOTHING. They won't even respond to my emails.
