Powersmart is complete trash they are telling me they won't warranty my mower because they don't have the part. It's just a simple recoil starter. They rarely respond CLARA!!! who I have message is extremely lazy and doesn't not care in the least .. powersmart ??? More like lazydumb and dishonest.. update 8/5/2025 the response on here is BS..Its just a response to try and make them look better still no help stay away from these powersmart products..New update for 8/13/2025..So now that they can't get the part they are offering me a 50% refund and are canceling my warranty completely. After a week of trying to get Clara to do the refund I get a message saying its going to take a month at this point im pretty sure im getting nothing. Ill just paste the email on here so all can read it themselves.

No one would help the whole process was difficult and time consuming and ended up buying a 9.00 part with was to sent to me after I bought a brand new mower that was broken during packaging not shipping, this is a scam and a disgrace to a USA company!

I had ordered an ignition coil for my 170cc Self Propelled power smart Lawnmower. I ordered the wrong part. I give a big thumbs up for Nina who was great guiding me threw to get the right part. She made it so easy to Rectify my problem.It was fast and easy.I have had my mower for 5 years and this was my first part replacement. The Power Smart Help Center was very helpful helping get the Part I needed to fix My 170cc Power Smart Self-propelled mower. I will be able to fix My mower with the new part. I did find the cover that fell off and used some Duck Tape to put it back in place.

The customer service is POOR! I am still waiting on a lawnmower that was to be here on July 5th with NO TRACKING INFORMATION! I called and was on hold for 30 minutes, and then sent to a voicemail that hung up on me. If I could give it no stars, I would. They tell me their hours of operation (due to the time difference) are 9 pm to 5 am. WTH? I will be stopping the payment with my bank and following up with the fraud department.

Initially I was unsure about ordering as you never know about how the customer service is once ordered. To my surprise, the customer service rocks and roll with this company. I sent an email; they get right back. I even received an email once my item needed was back in stock! They did this unprovoked! Best customer service hands down. Other companies please take note.
I needed a new wheel for my mower. The PowerSmart website made it very easy to find and order the exact wheel I needed! I emailed customer service with a couple of questions and they quickly responded with the answer I was looking for. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly reccomend PowerSmart USA.

I have the trimmer, mower and blower with 40V batteries each. Battery charge is enough for my whole yard. Contacted customer support about trimmer line and they were very prompt and helpful.

Based on a gal named Nina, who works for Powersmart, I would love to leave this company 5 stars because of HER, but the 4 stars has to do with my issues communicating with anyone there for about 2 weeks. I got a 21" 144 cc push mower. So far, it works great. Initially, I had some issues getting it started & had some questions, as well as I wanted to register the mower. For the life of me, I couldn't reach anyone at the company. Any time I called, I'd be on hold for over an hour, with a message telling me I was caller number 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and then when I was the next caller, the system would hang up on me. This happened 3 times and I was about to call my credit card company. My last attempt was a final email. Nina responded and has been extremely helpful and responsive right away. She explained they are phone short staffed & communicate via email. Okay- as long as there is prompt communication, which NIna has done stellarly, they are A-Okay. Product working great.
