Fabulous Service
Meant to write this review a couple of weeks ago. Ive been so busy but fealt I had to write the review. Fantastic Company. I had a problem with an Echo Strimmer head, Part of a machine I have had for five years or more. I took the machine and strimmer head to Powertech. A gentleman spent fifteen minutes trying to fix the head. He then asked the Echo technician, who I think was the manager, to have a look at it. He spent some time and eventually proved the head was past it and wouldn't feed the strimmer cable any more. Luckily he had a brand new machine on display in the shop. He very kindly took the head off the display machine and fitted onto my machine. Saying that would save me having to come back after he'd ordered the head. Including purchasing some new line and the head. The whole thing was £32. Thank you for your fabulous service and very reasonable pricing
