Customer service and communication has been very disappointing

I ordered goods and paid for express next day delivery; however, three days later the items have still not arrived. I have received no communication from Power Tools Direct regarding this delay.
I have attempted to contact them by telephone on several occasions, but no one has answered. I have also left a voicemail, which has not been returned. Overall, the level of customer service and communication has been very disappointing.

Charing triple amount of money compared…

Charing triple amount of money compared to other companies for delivery stating „express courier"
' Week later I had to send email to ask
where is my parcel. 3 after my email delivery arrived by Royal Mail.
Good product but customer service and misleading about deliver not appreciated

I have not only had to chase the order…

I have not only had to chase the order several times after placing the order, the customer service at your end was a joke, no answer and no communication, no expected delivery date. The delivery went to DX, They still have not delivered the parcel. The third time and having to sign for the delievry meant that i had to be here, very annoying when you have waited all day and the text comes through saying its not going to be delivered today. DX are not much better, the cant find a my house and will not pass me through to the local depot. This was a very urgent order and i am very unhappy with the whole process, will not be ordering from you again.

I bought a product off this website I had very good tracking emails and texts which really helped me as I wasn’t going to be in to receive the parcel. I bought some plant compost and I am really pleased I could get a small bag as I haven’t got many plants to pot I am really looking forward to using it as I enjoy gatdening

A good customer experience overall

The website is easy to use and navigate. Once I placed my order I got a confirmation email. However, I heard nothing further. After 3 days I emailed to see where the order was and likely time for delivery. I got a proper response signed by a named person.

My item was delayed which was disappointing however, I got another email a couple of days later from the same member of staff saying it was on its way.

I appreciate that at this time of the year it can be busy but I was reassured I'd get the item in time for Christmas and it arrived the next day.

Overall, a good customer experience.

Goods ordered over two weeks ago

Goods ordered over two weeks ago. Chased three times and response has been ‘we’ll look into it’. Given that next day delivery is advertised and I paid additional for express delivery the service is wholly unreliable. I am wondering if I will ever receive the goods. I would urge caution to anyone using this company if they want the goods in a hurry. Very disappointed customer!

FedEx

FedEx, your chosen courier, didn’t deliver as promised whilst I waited in all day. The next day was offered in a 3.30am email that morning. They provided no means for me inform them that I could not be home 9am to 6pm through their website, only a premium number which I could not reach. I cannot comment on your goods as I have not got them, and won’t now be able to use the paint before Christmas as planned. This must be as bad for your business, as it is frustrating for me. This was not an unprompted review, I am responding to a request to rate my ‘experience’ from Power Tools Direct.

Misleading.

1. Your advert clearly implies that carriage is included in the sale price. It was not ! Misleading!

2. Youinvited the use of a specific discount code B3AL7QR5UO which was disallowed on the purchase! Misleading!
