It's almost impossible to withdraw. It's been 6 days waiting. At first they told me withdrawal will be complete within 48 hours in chat. After 48 hours they told me it'll be complete within 72 hours, and after 72 hours they told me our team is reviewing and funds will be soon in your account. And it's been 6 days, and withdrawal is still under review.

I'll update soon when I get my withdrawal.

So please be aware of this casino; if you win, then just don't celebrate, as it's almost impossible to withdraww.

Withdrawal got denied for no reason after waiting a week now have had to request it again and wait another week. Just keep getting the same response from them saying it is safe and it is coming. Seems like a scam

Betting works but withdrawals are limited. Bonuses and free bets have weird rules that are not informed to you. Let's see if I can get the rest of my money out little by little.

I got request for more information including my phone number :D wtf. Here is more information: They hold you withdrawals for 24h+ and you can only withdraw less than 1000€ depending on your vip-level.

You can't get bonuses if you have withdraw waiting or active bet. What are these rules really!?

To mention something positive: There are bonuses which is special! and the support chat answers to you. They might not know anything and they have very different information than what was emailed to you but they will do their best to figure it out.

UPDATE:
I was able to withdraw little by little. Withdraws are accpted so slow that even when there is a daily $-limit, you cannot reach that amount since they accept withdraws with long delay.

I also dislike the fact that bonuses are rarely automatic. You gotta contact them to get a advertised bonus and often you have to prove that you were emailed about that bonus. Sometimes they might just bring up rules you didn't know of. Like you cannot have two bonuses on the same week or some other ridiculous shit. But most of the time you get something. Like sometimes you might get a free bet and the amount is hidden until you contact them after the bet.

Overall: Not a scam but slow, complicated and annoying. 2/5. If you don't value time, exact rules and really like to chat and explain your issues, it could be 4/5.

As said previously scammers and don’t expect help off customer support I was only talking to them twice as I had a problem with my FIRST deposit twice my chat was terminated as I was explaining what happened so just stay away
