In April 2022 I placed an order for a Matrix Powerwatch in anticipation of the product. After 6 month of waiting and quering when the product would be delivered, requested a refund, it is now end of November. After multiple requests, I would appreciate a responce and a refund.

The support for repairs is non existent, they have failed to reply to any emails or to acknowledge the receipt of my returned watch despite the receipt form postage.
Hopeless and I now consider their product a waste of money. BEWARE!

After having bought both the first and the second version of the watch, I thought they were actually ok. But when the bezel broke on the new watch, (which was actually somewhat expensive in the luxe version), and contacting the company about it, I just keep getting an answer stating that they are dealyed due to corona, and will send a rpc as soon as possible, for me to be able to return the watch for repair. They are now delayed almost 3 months in sending a label for repair, so it seems that this is also a matter of once the product is sold, the problems you get with is is just to bad.

Please don’t buy anything from this company. I hope they will be banned from indiegogo.com and kickstarter. They raise money then they send out faulty products. So don’t listen to them. Scam company. Probably will this be removed. Blocked at Facebook and Instagram so they don’t like me.

Basic smart watch features but when you contact support, they ignore you when it comes to replacing the product under warranty.

PowerWatch do not seem to honour warranty replacement claims. Be very cautious about purchasing.

I bought powerwatch 2 in July 2019 it never arrived. I contacted them to cancel and refund my order, but they told me they are experiencing problems with PayPal. They never refunded my order. Stay away from this company.
