All done well

All done well, although when arrived some parts were not prepared. Not use parts will return, so no need to worried bring more parts than we lost more only waiting parts.
Next time need to prepare all parts, otherwise we spend more cost for this.

Hi Yendi, Thank You for your review. After checking with our Service team, we understand your comment was related to the second print head that was required, which fortunately we were able to get shipped in time, whilst our technician was still on site. Unfortunately, as we were not informed about the extent of the issue, and due to the high value of the industrial print heads, we only had one print head with us. They are not the type of item we typically carry, especially to international destinations where there are import and customs regulations. Nevertheless, I am pleased that our team was able to get you up and running in the allocated time.

Unfortunately we have had two people in customer service resign without notice, and our staff have been moved from other areas to fill the gap until we can rehire. They are working hard and doing an excellent job given the circumstances, but sadly your order was not handled correctly in this instance.
