Pro Psychological Analysis (PPA) is a nationwide telehealth provider of independent psychological evaluations for immigration cases. Founded in 2021, we have completed more than 5,000 immigration psychological evaluations for immigration attorneys and their clients across the United States. We specialize in evaluations for humanitarian immigration matters, including VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) petitions, T visas for survivors of human trafficking, U visas for victims of qualifying crimes, asylum, extreme hardship waivers (I-601A), Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) and other immigration cases. Every PPA evaluation is completed by a U.S.-licensed Doctor of Psychology with specialized training in immigration psychological evaluations, and is reviewed under the clinical leadership of Dr. Gretza M. Piñeiro-Hernández, Psy.D., who has more than 25 years of experience in complex trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse and forensic assessment. Our evaluations are independent, trauma-informed and culturally responsive. We do not write reports to reach a predetermined conclusion. Our role is to assess the relevant psychological issues carefully, objectively and in a way that is directly relevant to the referral question. Evaluations are conducted by secure telehealth in English or Spanish, with other languages available by arrangement, so clients can complete the process from home anywhere in the United States. Standard reports are delivered within one to two weeks, with priority scheduling available for urgent filing deadlines. We offer flat-fee pricing and payment plans. For immigration attorneys, we provide a simple bilingual referral process: send your client our referral link and we handle scheduling, the evaluation and delivery of the report. Regular referring firms can receive a dedicated progress board to track their clients' cases. PPA provides independent clinical services and does not provide legal advice or guarantee the outcome of any immigration matter.
