When I purchased this item I was told I would pay no shipping, when I got my statement in the mail, there was a shipping charge. The machine didn’t prove any results for me. As per the directions in the box to return the item, I emailed for a return number. Never heard from them, then called customer service, they said they have not updated the info, and I did not have to have a return number. Very poor customer service. Would not order from this company again.

I actually met Heidi on my job search and she was really helpful and responds positively to the needs of her employers. It was an excellent experience.

Recently, I purchased some high voltage connectors from ppm.co.uk. Immediately after receiving, I realized that I should have made a different order.

This company do not have any return policy. Anyone who orders anything must accept it (even though they don't want to use it) or pay 20% restocking fee + applicable tax to return. If you have purchased expensive parts and changed your mind you are really gonna lose more money.

Most of the suppliers allow you to return the items within a definite time period (for no reasons). But this company won't.

The first company in the UK where I had the hassles returning my items. You will really regret for ordering from this company if you face similar situation like me.
