Shipping costs
The orders glass was cut to the correct size, edges & corners all good.
My only complaint was the shipping costs of the glass to the highland's, more expensive than the actual glass.

As we use 3rd party couriers we have little control on the shipping costs to certain areas. The shipping costs are calculated based on location and weight and certain areas are charged at a premium because this is how our couriers work. This is calculated at checkout and clearly stated prior to placing and confirming the order. There are no hidden charges.
We are continuously looking at improving supplier relations and looking at alternative options to operate in the highlands, but for the time being this is the only way we can offer our service in your area.
We also appreciate the positive feedback on the product itself and thank-you for your honest review.

I bought 2 shelves
I bought 2 shelves, measured by myself and was a bit concerned that they would fit in the place of the broken one. But they did fit and I'm very happy. Very well packed a little slow on delivery and not many updates were given. But overall happy.

Perfect product
All queries prior to ordering were handled quickly and the time and delivery was good. End product perfect.
Only downside was that the status view on the phone view was poor and the “in production” status went on for well over a week making me think something had stalled or gone wrong.

Great Glass, Perfect Fit!
The Glass is perfectly sized and was extremely well packaged. Would have given 5 stars but the courier company let the experience down as they dumped the glass outside and we didn't even know it had been delivered. Good job it wasn't raining. Very pleased with the product though.
