I can’t fault my experience at the baby and toddler show from the venicci staff.

We visited the baby and toddler show at the SEC on Saturday 23rd April. We We’re looking for nursery furniture a swing for our grandson due on 20th August 2022. The girl at the Obaby stand was so helpful and knowledgeable she made the overall experience of choosing the furniture and mattress very easy. 10/10 and my son and daughter-in-law are over the moon. We also bought a Joie swing seat. Well worth visiting the show and we will be back next year!

We spent the morning at the SEC at the baby and toddler event, specifically to look for a pram as we hadn’t looked at any yet. There was plenty choice with very knowledgable staff. Let us put prams up and down and test them out. We didn’t really know what brand we wanted to go for, however we knew what specifications we wanted to of course make our life’s easier. We had it narrowed down to two until we eventually decided on the Milano plus travel system by mee-go in Racing Green. It ticked all the boxes for us, and the woman who sold us it showed us every detail and left us feeling confident that this was the perfect first pram for us. We couldn’t of been happier with the service we have received so far and look forward to receiving it when it’s ready.

Really disappointed in the pram centre, the banner of their website states ‘price match promise - we can’t be beaten’ however upon querying with them via email the same pram we had seen elsewhere, we were told that they won’t price match due to the amount they would have to price match and the pram not being in stock .. yet their website has it in stock with a delivery date of 1-2 days .. don’t offer a service you cannot fulfill. Will not be purchasing from you and would advise the same to others to avoid.

Great service and great products at great value. Would recommend

cant thank Abbie enough for her patience as we looked through all the buggies. Her knowledge on the different brands and the weights of each pram was admirable, nothing was to much trouble and she really went the extra mile to make the day very special for us

Had an amazing experience when picking my pram the staff were very helpful and made me feel at ease as this is my first baby so I did not have a clue would highly recommend.

We would highly recommend the Glasgow Pram Centre. They have a fabulous selection of all of the equipment that you need at excellent prices. We were served by Lisa who spent over two hours helping us choose a number of different items including a pram, nursery furniture and baby bouncer. Lisa was patient, honest and extremely helpful. Thank you for making it a stress free experience! Account C944122

We had a fantastic experience at the Glasgow Pram Centre. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The store has a beautiful selection to choose from with lots of choice. The only slightly negative thing I would say is that we had to wait a bit to get some help, but once we did the staff were so fab! Can’t wait for our pram to arrive - C944084 :)

A lovely shop with loads of choice, beautiful displays and plenty of staff to help. Was pleased to be given time to just look around myself and try out some prams. I was quite nervous, excited and undecided when I arrived but was put at ease and got a lovely pram and will be heading back soon for more baby things as there was lots I have my eye on!
Was offered helpful advice on delivery dates and given a beautiful goody bag to take away with gifts for my baby. Definitely recommend a visit for all parents to be! Thank you, from C944050

Helpful staff who made the experience stress free. Lots of choice, something there for everyone.

Had a very good selection of everything you would need for your baby. Staff were also fab & showed us everything we asked, even went out their road to help us when asking about things we couldn’t see on the shop floor and also provided a little goody bag for us when we chose our beautiful pram! Had a great experience here buying my travel system last week. Julie could not have been more helpful - she was so informative, super friendly, demonstrated how the system worked and let me practice collapsing it. Super friendly as well. The store was really busy but she didn't rush us at all.

We travelled to the pram centre from Aberdeenshire as we had heard great reviews and we were not disappointed. Julie served us and she was so patient with us, had vast knowledge, answered any questions honestly and didn’t rush us. We didn’t plan on buying, we just planned on getting our heads round the situation and we left having purchased a whole travel system. We got recommendations on what we wanted our pram to do for us and we were spoken through lots of different options and got advice on upgrades which could be added. We purchased the upgrades but felt no pressure to do so. Julie knows her stuff and is an asset to the shop. Visit here, you won’t be disappointed based on customer service and the vast choice of products.

Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Great range of products. Well organised and clean store!

Excellent service in store and through email about a price match for a pram I had chosen. C944085

We had a fantastic experience at the pram centre. We arrived early at opening time on a Sunday and were welcomed by the staff ready and willing to help us. We had 3 prams in mind to match the one car seat we had chosen and a fantastic assistant Tamsin helped us choose by showing us all the varying functions which was so practical and useful. Tamsin was really knowledgable and so polite she really helped us make a decision. Abbie served us at the till and along with her mum we received yet again fantastic customer service, we could not fault our shopping experience one bit it was a joy as opposed to what we had imagined might have been quite overwhelming and stressful.

Great selection of products and really helpful/knowledgeable staff. Claire helped us pick out a pram that suited our needs and was very friendly.
