Pramcentre Reviews

We went to pram centre Glasgow to get a new car seat for our 9 month old baby. Sales assistant Hannah took lots of time to help us pick a rear facing car seat that would be suitable for our baby. Hannah was super friendly and very knowledgable and helped us put our mind at ease over which seat to get. She went above and beyond to assist us on a very busy Sunday in the store and even helped us install the car seat as it was our first time using tethers. Would recommend this store and Hannah for assistance.

We picked up our new pram for the Glasgow Pram Centre. The sales assistant-Eilidh- was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the products and took us step by step through the assembly and disassembly process. Highly reccomended.

Honestly cannot fault the service in the pram centre ! the staff were amazing and helped me with all my queries. Hayley helped me find the perfect cot and then help us with the prams ! Answered all my questions and was completely upfront and honest with everything. Nadia served us at the til and again could not fault her at all ! Help with getting extra for our money and saving us a lot !!

Thank you for everything

Great car seat fitting with Tamzin, we tried out a range of seats to get some which met our needs. We bought two seats and bases for our twins which were available for collection a few weeks later, no issues :)

Useless and rude customer service!!
I ordered a travel pram and the same day it came we emailed that we want to return as the colour didn’t match the pictures they had on the website. We were told that DPD will come to collect the next day and that they cannot give us a time slot so we have been waiting and kept a toddler inside the house all day long so in the end no one came. We emailed them again and we were told that they will arrange for Monday, again no one came. It has been almost a week and they haven’t done anything although we sent them emails every day. We were willing to send the package at our own expense through post but they wouldnt accept.
We’re about to go on holiday but we’re stuck with a pram that we don’t want and don’t like.
Useless and will never use this website again!

Extremely helpful staff always willing to explain everything to you. Happy to answer any question you have.

All the staff on the shop floor were very helpful when I went to look for my pram.

Great experience and although they couldn't price match our deal found elsewhere they let us try the items and we're extreemely helpful about safety features and reccomendations !

We went into the store today and managed to get the new Eggz Stroller. This had only just arrived in the store and we needed it for the weekend, Stacey was amazing and managed to get one out for us to view and try. We loved it - delighted with our purchase and Stacey’s help! Thanks guys

Me and my mum visited the store today and purchased my pram . Stacey was amazing and helped us practice setting up the pram and answered any questions we had . Can’t wait to November to pick it up .

First time mum-to-be and visited today. Julie could not have been more helpful talking me through all the different questions I had about prams, cots, bags…everything. She knew from the start that I’d be returning later to purchase things with different family members but there was no pressure at all put on us and she gave us so many options. I’ve left with all of the information I need, and she’s broken down everything for us. We’ll be back in the coming weeks to get it all. Thank you so much.

Visited pram centre at Trongate today looking for a pram and bedroom furniture. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Great customer service and very friendly staff.

Excellent and knowledgeable service

We were helped by Erin who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, attentive and patient. She asked one or two key questions about what we wanted from a pram and took us straight to this product. We then went around a few ones, including the ones that we had earmarked from research at home, but Erin knew exactly the best option for us. Going into a shop for a pram for your first born is quite intimidating, particularly with such a large range, but Erin made us very comfortable and confident that we were in a safe pair of hands.

Best place to go, it was the only place with such a wide range of prams available to see. Stacey was really helpful in demonstrating all the features of the prams we liked which helped us make a decision. Account no. C945718

Excellent experience, Yvonne was so helpful and explained everything, she was also so patient, great day!

Had a fabulous experience at the pram store today and all staff were so helpful.

Visited the pram centre to choose between prams we had looked at online and wanted to see in real life - pram centre was the only place we could find stocking them all. Julie was really helpful in showing us them and also recommending others that might be useful alternatives we hadn't considered (we needed a compact pram that wasn't too heavy). Settled on an icandy which we are looking forward to arriving, could select date we wanted delivery which helps give us time to clear the space in the flat for it. Also had a wide range of car seats available for us to choose from and happy with or purchase of the v.light maxi cosi coral 360 which they are going to help fit in the car. Thankyou Julie and pram centre :) acc: c945823 & c945824

We went in unsure of what we were looking at or for. But the staff, particularly Tamzin was excellent. She was was very knowledgeable, friendly and a great help. We came away knowing which pram we want.

Came to Glasgow pram centre last weekend to look at prams for baby due in October, I have a small car so was looking for something compact to fit into boot. Stacey was very helpful and even measured exact dimensions of pram with measuring tape and was very knowledgeable and friendly
