I got my order but what I got was completely different than their website!!
Scam and fraud!!!!
I sent a message to them for the refund!!!

SCAM PLEASE DONT BUY ! Ordered mine more than a month ago and they finally have sent it but it’s a door mat, I’m disgusted at the dishonesty!

they advertise one brand and send another one that is not a verified skin care producer so God knows what is inside, probably full of heavy metals. No money back btw.

Delivery took like forever, and when the package finally arrived, I received a completely different made/brand. I was extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted by their dishonesty. What a total scam!

Please be cautious when buying from this seller or their website. I personally received a product labeled/made Carvenchy instead of the original Tosowoong brand that was advertised on their site, and not the original Todowoong brand as that’s what was on their advertisement on thier store/website.

I contacted the seller several times and received no response at all, so I had to open a PayPal dispute, and I still haven’t heard anything back from them.

I’ve been using Tosowoong Arbutin and In my experience, the Arbutin product they selling is not the original Tosowoong brand.

If there were a zero-star option, that is exactly what I would give, because they do not deserve any stars at all for dishonesty and misleading the buyers.

Stay away from this seller if you value your mental health and hard earned money

never recevied the item. on their website, they have this generic information saying it was delivered at 12 midnight and when I checked the tracking number on the actual delivery service website, the tracking number was invalid. I told them that I also checked all of the surveillance footages and there was no delivery made and they never responded.

When I received the product, it was already in the opened package.

My skin was glowing after mask and no irritation after wearing

I was hopeful given your ad on instagram. Yet the masks were already ripped when I received them. I thought perhaps it was maybe one packet but after trying for masks, they were all ripped in somewayNo matter how carefully I tried to unfold them, they fell apart.
They are not as thick as on the video and I was not happy with the quality.

The masks are ripped. I tried one and it was torn in two places. I tried a second, same thing. They aren’t really big enough to cover your face without a few gaps.
Not a huge issue but they were already torn in the package. They are not as thick as advertised.

Arrived very quickly. Product was great and wore it all night. My face over the days to follow felt and looked amazing.

I just ordered 10 collagen masks and made a mistake in my order. I wrote to the Prandest team, but had no hope they would answer in time because we are sunday night. Well…they responded to me in less than 30 minutes and had fix my error. I am very impressed with the customer service! Can’t wait to try the collagen mask!!! THANK YOU PRANDEST TEAM!!!!!!!! 💗

Terrible don’t waste your money false advertisement

I’ve tried the product and immediately felt like something was off. Usually, with a good collagen mask, it sticks to your face and is completely full of product, not in this case it’s completely dry and doesn’t stick to your face.
I threw this horrible mask away after 20 minutes. Absolutely not worth the money. Outrageously expensive for what it is. It’s a big NO for me.

I had great experience with Prandest. Ordered 10 masks and face cream, everything came even earlier than was said. Also, I had issues with my auto-set adress and they have reacted very quickly, change it, informed me and kept me updated during delivery process. I appreciate that kind of caring for customer.

The product that I ordered was not the product that I received. I found the one that was sent to me on Amazon for half the price. I had ordered a package of 5 face masks as well as a package of 5. The package of 3 was to be a gift; however, they stuffed all 8 masks into one box which was broken by the time it arrived. I contacted the company and have never received any response. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
