I did the Mind your spine Masterclass…
I did the Mind your spine Masterclass workshop with Prasanna.
I feel the knowledge given during sessions is a must for every individual, healthy or unhealthy, especially in today's world where there are so little physical activity and desk jobs.
The workshop helps one take precautions against any health problems and also solve any existing problems. I have learned that the posture of the spine is directly related to energy levels and emotions in the body and the energy levels determine the health condition of an individual and learned the ways to keep the spine healthy.
After the workshop, I am more aware of my body posture and my breathing. I am able to correct my posture with awareness and subtle adjustments naturally. Learned how powerful the mind is and how it can be used to heal our body and also uplift our energy levels.
Prasanna does a great job at explaining these patterns in an experiential manner! Would recommend this to every individual in the pink of physical and mental health!!

The training sessions by Prasanna helped me in taking control/awareness of my body via breathing techniques, posture awareness, and thoughts control techniques. Hoping to learn a lot more with all future engagements with Mind Your Health and Mind Your Spine sessions.

If practised regularly, I'm sure,the techniques taught by Prasanna could enhance one's health manifold.
