I seen an add for a bracelet and thought this is a good idea for my kids. First off they changed me $15 in taxes making my $45 purchase $60. But didn't know about it till after I paid because I agreed to the $40 and didn't know they changed $60 till I got tge email. I immediately emailed them asked for a refund because my order says it hasn't shipped. They said they're sorry but I can contact them after I have received the product. I tried with PayPal and was told if we can resolve it by August that's 6 months away that PayPal would then help. I wished I would have checked out the reviews first.
Beware!
They offer one product and send you another one. Ordered a pen with a rechargeable light and laser and they sent me a pen with a non rechargeable flashlight and a bottle opener. They keep insisting that they sent me the right pen but it clearly is missing the laser and rechargeable feature. They keep trying to give me a few bucks for the inconvenience. They refuse to send me the product I ordered and want to charge me a more than the product cost to return it. Terrible company to work with. Only gave them 1 star because no stars is not an option.
I ordered the stone Valentines day cards. There is nothing stating they were shipping from overseas. I ordered these 3 weeks in advance. Not sure will even show until well after Valentines day. So I will have save them until next if they even show up.
Terrible took two months and the product was shit! 💩 lesson learned again! Please save yourself and don’t buy anything online until you research it!

you dont have even 5 min to say i dont want just cancel the order they right away will denied and say sorry order cant be cancel and until you get your order its 2 month from day you purchase,just try to dispute with paypal and you cant you just get your product late and you waste your time with them just before you buy just read review and after just dont buy it....waste of time and shame on this company ...company like that doesnt need to have any support from customer,they just tell you we sorry with your bad experience but they doesnt sorry they got your money ...look at thier rate 2.5 just dont buy from them company like that need to close.
They will keep giving you tracking info until you forget about the order or just sit waiting for nothing to arrive.

I placed an order on July 5, 2025, and to present date, I have not received my product or a refund. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the company has failed to take responsibility or provide a resolution.
The United States Postal Service confirmed that the package was delivered to an address that does not match mine due to an error on the sender’s part. The USPS further confirmed that, for privacy and security reasons, only the sender can access the address they assigned to the package and initiate the process to retrieve or correct it. I provided this company with the USPS contact number so they could directly handle the matter, as required.
Instead of addressing the issue, the company has repeatedly insisted that I contact USPS myself—despite already being informed that I did try but because I am not the sender, the delivery information can only be released to them, as the sender. After more than two months of back-and-forth, I still have no product and no refund. They’ve now stopped responding.
Why This Is Unacceptable:
• The company has failed to deliver the product I paid for.
• They have refused to issue a refund for goods not received.
• They have ignored clear instructions from USPS, choosing instead to place the burden of THEIR mistake back on me. Something I cannot fix either way.
• Their customer service and investigative team have been unresponsive, unhelpful, and unwilling to correct their mistake.
This is not just poor service—it is unacceptable business practice. $91 down the drain. Consumers should not have to beg or chase after a company to either deliver what was purchased or provide a refund when the order is not fulfilled.
Resolution Requested:
• Immediate refund of the full purchase price.
or
• actual delivery of purchased items
They have refused to do both and have went radio silent.
Warning!!:
Based on my experience, I strongly advise you to NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY with this company. They have demonstrated an inability—or unwillingness—to deliver products, take responsibility for their errors, or treat customers fairly.
I was assured when ordering 2 magsafe phone chargers the last week of June that they would arrive in time for my European trip beginning July 24. They did not. They were delivered on July 29, over 1 month after I ordered them.
They did not include any chargers so I used my own and charged them. Neither one works on my phones. No charging at all. I have contacted Preciouts for a Refund. What a rip-off.

I never received my merchandise. I reached out to customer support on multiple occasions. I was told I could not get a refund because my product had already left the warehouse. I was given a fraudulent tracking number and the tracking company never heard of the shipment total fraud.
