I recently used Precision Driver Medicals for a medical report and was very impressed. The service was professional, efficient, and handled with great care. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable medical report service. Location is perfect and they helped me with car parking space. Also tram and bus stations very close to the medical centre. I highly recommend this centre for your medical reports.

Everything very straight forward and the appointment was on time, did not take as long as i thought it would.

I got an address to go to in Newcastle upon time. I got advised to get there 15 minutes before the appointment. The address that I got was a big set of flats in a main road in the town centre. There was no flat number on the address that I got given to me. I called someone. Tell them I was outside. I got told that the doctor would come downstairs and let me in I said this is absurd. Why don’t you just put the number of the flats and all I needed to do was to simply ring the buzzer but she could not understand the reason why I would want to make my life easier about 10 minutes lapsed. No one came to the door 15 minutes lapsed. No one came to the door I rang again by this time I was annoyed. Someone spoke to me but hung up on me which I thought was very rude not at all good customer service. I’ve been got a phone call from the Doctor Who was doing my Medical who just informed me that that was the very first time that someone told them that I was outside and no he did not need to come downstairs all he had the sense to do was to tell me the number of the apartment which is really what the woman on the phone who hung up on me could’ve told me this would’ve said minutes I did not at all appreciate getting hung up on from someone who works for customer . Also, the number that I got if you ring the number they do not answer the phone professionally. They answer the phone as if they’re speaking to a friend I will never use this company again for anything else.

Thorough medical checks, friendly and knowledgeable with the process. Was so easy to book and in a perfect location. I would highly recommend their service as my GP was not interested and 3x the price. 10 out of 10.
