CEO of the company sent me a condescending e-mail because someone wrote some joke post on my PC on the PMDG forums. He then blocked access to my account and ignored all my e-mails.
Considering this cost me over $300 I am shocked. Complained to the BBB however funnily enough they were not able to do anything. The registered business address is in the Nevada desert.
