Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people expressed dissatisfaction with the retail experience, citing certain sales approaches in stores and at events. Customers frequently reported feeling pressured into purchasing products they did not want, often after significant price reductions from initial price quotes. There were also complaints about discrepancies between product demonstrations and the product received, and issues with products not working as expected, such as a straightening iron that didn't heat up or a facial mask that was uncomfortable and left marks. However, some people were satisfied with the products, noting great results and improved skin appearance, with some even receiving compliments on their younger look. These customers often mentioned that while the products are pricey, they deliver amazing results when used correctly, and some found ways to purchase them at lower prices through resellers.

I Love Love Predire Paris Products!!!

I have seen such bad reviews of Predire but I have a tun of Predire Paris products that I purchased and I have been using them now for 3 months and my skin is so much better then it was. I don't even need foundation anymore because the redness and ruff skin has gone away. The reviews I see are mostly directed towards the companies sales tactics, inflated prices, and being a scam however taking all that out of it and actually reviewing the products I think they are amazing and I absolutely love them!!

I bought the product through What Not…

I bought the product through What Not so I didn’t have the pushy sales person experience as most have experienced. It was all under $10 per product. So I got to try it without the high dollar price point and the overbearing sales persons. Or the outrageous online prices for that matter. I would never pay even half of what the mall or online prices are. But overall I do like the product. It leaves my skin smooth. But don’t overpay for this ladies. There’s no miracle creams out there.

Predire Paris High Pressure Tactics

Predire Paris offers premium-priced facial services and skincare products. During the facial treatments I received, I experienced repeated and aggressive sales pressure to purchase additional services, including red light therapy. This occurred during the treatment itself, which I found inappropriate and disruptive to what should have been a relaxing experience.

As a result of these high-pressure tactics, I felt uncomfortable continuing with the services. I had purchased a package of eight treatments but discontinued after three due to this experience.

I requested a refund for the unused portion of the package on this basis; however, my request has been denied to date. I am dissatisfied with both the service experience and the company’s handling of my concern.

$6000 Predire 8 Element multi purpose LED mask - Scam

I got suckered in during one of my vulnerable late night Whatnot death scrolls and bought the Predire 8 Element multi purpose skincare (gold color) LED treatment mask from the seller "bhskin." I tell you, the presenter of this mask during the auction is a talented sales person. She can sell ice to an Eskimo and I meant that as a compliment. I'm usually very cautious before buying beauty contraptions by trying to do a bit of research but this purchase is definitely one of my mistakes. I won the auction for over $100. The MSRP, as touted during the auction, said $6000. Okay, sure. When I received the item, I instantly knew something was wrong. I opened the box and it appeared like it was a return from someone who just shoved the mask and the parts it came with and sent it back. The flimsy plastic cover for the face and neck mask was crumpled and shoved in the corner and as if the seller never inspected the packaging quality: a return or not. Now, the quality. This is definitely not worth $6k. The plastic felt cheap and the mask is heavy; whether you're sitting up, on a reclining or lay flat position. The remote control felt cheap like something akin to a remote control for a toy car you'd buy at Temu. First and foremost, this mask is heavy. I tried the micro frequency (MF) feature and attached the nodes even though I couldn't attach one since the rubber attachment was missing and that in itself made it twice the torturous experience. The metal nodes dug deep into my skin so I had to lightly hold up the mask to make it less painful. Even with that, it left me with round pressure marks all over my face that disappeared many hours later. I even had to lightly hold the mask up for support even without the metal nodes attached so I kind of knew I was cruising for a bruising when I attached the metal nodes. The orbital area of the mask is uncomfortable especially since the rubber "cushion" digs deep into your under eye skin. I contacted Whatnot about the missing mask item and mentioned the condition of the packaging upon receipt. There were no mention of any item defects or imperfections during the auction or while the seller was presenting it on Whatnot so I'm hoping to rectify this issue with Whatnot admin rather than running to leave a negative seller feedback, which was very tempting at first due to my initial dismay. We shall see how my issue will be addressed and resolved. Ultimately, there are better LED face masks out there and if it is over a thousand dollars and not endorsed by a major K-pop artist, for example, FORGET IT! My loss with this buying experience is your gain in consumer knowledge.

The store takes advantage of women and…

The store takes advantage of women and their vulnerability by promising the image of themselves that they have been seeking. Some women would pay any amount of money to look so young and beautiful. This store and the sales people, who are also women, would promise anything to make a sale. I tried to get a refund the next day, and all they would say is that it's a promotion and a final sale. The items were not opened. A reputable company would give a refund. The sales women must not have a conscious and are selling their soul to the devil. I'm out of pocket $3000. I asked to speak to the manager, but they gave every excuse in the book why I couldn't talk to him. They don't have the managers phone number and don't know where he is on the planet. All they have is an email address. They said that he wouldn't talk to any customer regardless. Buyer beware. They are a SCAM.

I was walking through the Boca Center…

I was walking through the Boca Center Mall yesterday when a sales person approached me and offered a free sample of a face cream. He then steered me to his chair and insisted on showing me their eye tightening cream. It was white, went on lightly and after drying showed a considerable improvement to the area. Then he showed me another product that was a exfoliating cream. The cream was white and gently removed a few skin cells on the upper surface of my hand all the time telling me how effective the product. Now the high powered sales pitch began. The sales person offered me the three products for $500. It included the eye tightening cream, the exfoliating serum and a moisturizer. I told him I wasn't interested, however he became more aggressive in his tactics. The price came down to $300. I still said no, now the pressure was on he then offered me the eye cream and exfoliant for $250. I made the purchase because the results at the time seemed very good. Now, he wants to offer me a free facial as a gift due to my purchase. He escorts me to their salon where a very professional saleswoman procedes to show me the line of products The sales pitch starts as she is demonstrating the use of the red light therapy and how after multiple visits I will look ten years younger. Now I'm getting very nervous, I ask the price of these products and it's a whopping $5,000. I immediately tell I'm not interested. She is not taking no for an answer, as starts to offer special discounts. I know I'm trouble and I tell I'm not in a position to make that kind of investment without doing research on the company. She continues to offer additional reductions to the point of $3500. Now I have had enough and tell her I don't like high pressured sales tactics. If she would like to email more information it will look it over. That said, I leave. I go home and try my new purchases. Surprise, they are not the products they used at the kiosk. I looked at the receipt, no refunds. What credible company doesn't stand behind their product? I.hsve read the reviews and the majority of the responses are similar to mind. The five reviews i.believe come from company employees trying to negate the terrible service. My advise unfortunately won't reach all the unsuspecting consumers because you don't end up here until you realize you have been scammed. I hope the sales people were well compensated for selling their souls.

I have to say I have seen some of these…

I have to say I have seen some of these reviews and I do not agree. The review saying that this is no good. He must not be using the products right because this stuff is amazing. This has helped my skin in so many ways that I cannot even explain here. You would have to see before and after pictures. I’ve had massive acne for a long time. This stuff cleared it up within two weeks. It got way worse before it got better but two weeks it took of consistent use and to use it properly. Right after I stopped using it all the acne came right back. I buy my stuff off of Whatnot. Because I cannot afford to buy anything actually in the store because I’m not that rich. I have bought so many Walgreens brands and Dollar General brands to try to figure out my skin issues and nothing has ever worked and I’m 40 years old and I’ve been trying for my entire life to figure out what works for me with these breakouts. And this is literally the only line that works. I have bought so much stuff from Whatnot and even layering masks they do make your skin glow you sleep with them on when you wake up in the morning it doesn’t happen right away, but you will have that glass skin appearance because it happened to me. I am quite shocked about all the reviews that say that it is no good and what I think happen is the sales tactics from people in the stores. They probably have really bad sales tactics. But don’t take that out on the products because they do actually work. If you don’t have the money to spend thousands on it in the store go to Whatnot it’s the same products. I’ve never paid over $25 for something.

TRY IT FOR YOUR SELF. PRODUCTS ARE GREAT

I bought several products from them and they are wonderful I think the bad reviews comes from the pricing and a lot of people can't afford it. My skin looks great did exactly what it was meant to do.

Great results and product

Great results and product

I have been read ing the reviews and to say the least i am shocked, my experince with predire paris in CF Rideau Ottawa was completely diffrent.

the sales staff were just great, and the service and facials are just on point. after spending more than 3000$ on the LED machine and products i was abit worried and went to read to reviews, after coming back to the store my sales associate calmed me down and explained that there are more than 16 locations world-wide and some location have problems with managing their employess and using bad sales tactics.

i didnt feel any presurre or concern from anything like that in ottawa and will defentily come back for more

Product helped me in so many ways . NOT A SCAM that’s just opinions of other that don’t know what an opinion is

Other than the price and you just concentrate on the product. It has cleared my entire face up. It has got rid of dark spots I have been made fun of for. I haven’t been able to find anything that works for me and helps without breaking me out in a rash. This is seriously some of the best oil I’ve ever used hands down. Idk about worth 400$ but def worth 60-90$

I laughed and asked why would I be waloking with $5,000 and then to give it to you. and then after 25 minutes he brought it down to $1,000 and I felt pressured and scammed to purchase something i did not want and now i can't get my money back.

Misleading Sales Practices and Ineffective Products

Title: Misleading Sales Practices and Ineffective Products

I encountered Predire Paris representatives at the Women’s Expo in Dallas this year. The experience was highly concerning. The sales team initially quoted a price of $15,000 for their skincare package, which they then reduced to $1,000 as part of a “special offer.” This aggressive pricing tactic felt deceptive.

During the demonstration, the representative applied a product from a separate container that produced visible results. However, this was not the same product being sold. After purchasing, I found that the actual items did not deliver any comparable effect.

It appears that this company employs high-pressure sales tactics, misleading demonstrations, and inflated pricing to persuade customers. I would strongly advise consumers to avoid doing business with Predire Paris.

Should have known better

Should have known better. Unfortunately after leaving a medical appointment was grabbed in the Rideau Centre and got home feeling crushed. $$$$$all have been returned and photoed. No phone numbers, and even a search for the Ottawa location results in nothing in Ottawa. To all - RUN AWAY and fast.

This is a review concerning the Pédiré…

This is a review concerning the Pédiré store at this mall:

There’s always some man there scaring me as I am walking by their store at the mall saying « EXCUSE ME?!! » like I owe him my time or something, harassing and bothering not just me I saw but the other customers while they’re trying to simply shop. If people want to go inside of your store they will, no need to scream at them and scare them off either.

Why open a store if you can’t get any sustainable business and need to disturb others who quietly shop in this mall?

Very bad customer approach.

C’est n’importe quoi.
