Subscribed because things were not working well and wanted to test it to see if the problem was with the free version. I paid for a month. Tried several browsers etc. but nothing was generated. Within 30 minutes I contacted support and only received AI nonsense replies. Canceled within the hour. I am now waiting for a refund.

Despite its limitations, like SOME integration issues and the need for content adjustments, the benefits usually outweigh the drawbacks. The support team has consistently been responsive and proactive, addressing concerns promptly.

Some users may be expecting flawless, ready-to-publish content without any need for editing. Predis.ai helps with content creation, but still needs user input and refinement for optimal results.

Read the fine print on LTDs. They tend to be train wrecks.
What's sad is that this is becoming the norm to then not properly map to new features as LTD denotes. Read on.

I reached out to their support because, despite having many up to hundreds of credits left, I couldn’t download “premium” images—which, by the way, weren’t even labeled as “premium” in the first place—while working on a 4 image carousel for Instagram. The catch? They now want extra money for downloading alleged "premium" images, even though my LTD plan promised access with NO watermarked content. Read on to understand why this is a big problem for us LTD buyers:

1- Failure to Honor LTD Agreements
The company has blatantly failed to honor its lifetime deal (LTD) agreements. They now claim that changes involving AI require users to pay for “premium watermarked images,” despite the original LTD agreement explicitly stating that old plans would be mapped to new plans. This is a clear breach of trust and their contractual obligation.

2- Excuses from Leadership
Their co-founder, Tanmay (who I had a heated discussion with), justifies this breach by arguing that honoring LTD agreements is too costly due to "upgrades." Huh? Okay. This excuse is unacceptable. Early adopters who supported the business through LTDs did so in good faith, expecting their agreements to be respected. Now, they use vague terms like “premium images”—with no clear definition which images (if any) are actually not premium—they intentionally created an additional paywall for images (which are actually necessary and core to the product). These features that LTD holders were promised inherent in using this tool would be mapped to updates are not. This is nothing short of dishonesty. The analogy -- It's like selling a car and saying the steering wheel is now "extra" because of other "upgraded" features, how ridiculous does this sound?

3- A Money Grab, NOT Innovation
This behavior reflects a sad pattern tech businesses like Predis.ai with poorly planned fiscal business plans are back peddling, disguising broken promises as "product development." By putting core features—promised under LTD plans—behind a pay-for-use model with the necessity for LTD users to now buy more credits paywall, the company has prioritized short-term profits over integrity and honoring the LTD deal. If you're considering this platform, save yourself the frustration and switch to Canva (who also has a editorial calendar with scheduling years ago), unlimited use of premium images AND video... With AI. At least they respect their users and honor their agreements.

Conclusion: Stay away from this buggy, slow product. If you choose to pay monthly you can do better to support businesses who care about their customers and don't make excuses for shifty games.

Predis has upped their game! I quit in the past if the other issues mentioned, but retried it again. The AI had issues and the connection to platform issues, but my platforms connected fast and easy! The AI for me is responsive to prompts (just like any AI, need to be clear in the prompt).. Not to mention the new tool that makes your posts for you a week at a time and schedules them! There is no program on the planet doing that!

I loved predis when it first came out, it was amazing, but then recent changes were made that either limited the features or got rid of them. But the most frustrating part is that the Ai seems to have gotten dumber, (providing graphics of food for a real estate post). At this point there is no reason for me to continue using Predis.

I've spent days trialling AI content creation platforms and most of them have been complex, had unimpressive output or I have felt scammed for my card details. Not with Predis. I could trial it for free. It was simple and intuitive to understand and I am quite impressed with the results.

It makes my work easy. I have been using the autoposting feature from last 1 month and it's great. The support is also very nice. Overall it's a great app for people who want to focus on their business rather than this content creation stuffs.

Predis is awesome! Always building, always growing, the toolsets and integrations they offer are excellent for really pushing out content + Its really easy to get rolling / learn the platform. Perfect for ecommerce (woocommerce user here!) of any size!

Horrible experience, contents generated brainless mixing languages, web translated from English to Spanish using Google Translate, what shows a horrible experience. No customer service. It looks more like a couple of colleagues creating a website more than a serious platform.

Linking socials doesnt work for months (check YouTube comments), no replies on tickets and chat.

It's the tool I use the most. at the start of my daily work i work alone And I'm not good at creating content. Predis helps me solve problems well. Design process for creating a good article. There is a tutorial on how to use it too. It's very good.
But I'd like to add a part that I think would be better, which is on the Content Library page.
I would like to have a filter tag, it will help separate the articles. make it easier for me to work

Predis makes social media easy. Give it a couple of inputs and you have a creative and caption ready. Not only does it do post but also suggests ideas as to what type of post to try. Just makes your life easier .

It's very beautiful to use, and also very easy and time saving. Even Canva doesn't have stuff as pretty as this or quick as this. I'd stuggle to use other tools but once I have this it's So Easy to generate. If u can get it, do. If u can get someone to design some key assets for your brand or u you do, u can use a mix of that and what Pedis has to offer too, within its ai tool so you are not limited.

It also offers so captions and tags which u can edit. And competitor monitoring. But I think for me the main thing is that it generates some modern and beautiful looking designs creatively while other tools look like u just pasted a bunch of blocks or stickers.

With Predis AI, I feel like I hired some assistant to do my social media images captions hashtags and scheduling for me.
